  Had a great experience, from arrival to driving off with our new to us vehicle. The process was friendly, straight forward & timely. In & out in under 2hrs inc the test drive. Sales associate, Bill,was our guy! The sales Manager was great also. We were well taken care of. Our Jeep is in top shape & runs like brand new. I highly reccomend! Thank you Enterprise.

  Bill Lau went out of his way, bent over backwards, above and beyond. He seriously made a very bad time a very brilliant time. Really came through for my family. Can't thank or praise him enough.

  Enterprise isn’t everyone’s first thought when car shopping but it should be. They only keep the best ones while passing on the rest to competitors like car Carvana and CarMax. Their prices also beat most others on the market while also being haggle free. Chris was very informative about the vehicle I inquired about over the phone. So much so I scheduled an appointment to look at the car. He showed me the carfax and put a lot of worries to rest. Chris explained the warranty Enterprise offers while also encouraging me to get an added warranty at a fair cost. At no point did I feel pressured. There was a minor issue which came up during the test drive. Chris assured me it wasn’t major and also said he would send me to a shop to get it looked at free of charge of course. The problem was addressed the next day at their shop of choice with very honest professionals who discovered the issue being warped brake rotors. This was all covered at no cost to me. Thanks to everyone involved for taking care of this issue. I can now enjoy my car worry free and even have a beautiful, safe vehicle for my 16 year old to practice in as he works towards his drivers license.

  Big shouts out to Chris & the Elk Grove team ! The wife and I test drove multiple different cars in pristine condition & ended up leaving with 2! Highly recommend enterprise car sales over those used car lots due to all the perks Enterprise gives. It’s unbeatable! If you are looking for an upgrade hit up Chris ! Very professional, very honest and his detailed knowledge of every car made this process so smooth ! He went above and beyond to the point we left with two cars. Great business!!
