  This review is purely for the customer service that tour sales person Dawson provided. I had been in an accident with my Daughter that totaled my vehicle, i was out car shopping with my father and went to dealership after dealership and dealt with nothing but money hungry, rude associates. We decided to just check out Elk grove Chevy and upon arrival, Dawson greeted us and was instantly kind and not pushy, he answered the questions I had without pushing me to buy which was a big determining factor of me buying a car here. Dawson had so much compassion for my situation and made great conversation the whole time. This is how you sell cars people. I was suprised to find out he had only been in the buisness for about 2 months, I truly feel Elk Grove Chevy struck gold finding a salesmen like Dawson. If you look at cars here ask specifically if Dawson is available, you won't be disappointed!

  I leased a electric car from here in April 2025, my salesman was in a hurry on my delivery because he had another customer and I was ok with that. Year later I moved so I had to return my lease back. I get I invoice that is charging me for a car charger that my car did not have. I was not aware that my car came with one, because I have previously bought electric cars before and they never came with a charger. I was told to contact the dealership and on my second attempt, I get a response from a sales manager Dante, he stated that he can't help me because I didn't report it at the time of the sale, which is weird if I didn't know it should be there and also because I didn't return the vehicle to them. Which also makes no sense, because what make a difference where I returned it. Where they going to put the charger that they didn't give me if I returned it to their dealership. I am reporting them. This is very bad customer service.

  Diane, you and Dennis made it happen for me today and God will bless you both so much! My Kia caught fire a week ago and instead of getting turned down both her and the GM made it happen for me to make sure I drove out in something safe! I am blessed beyond measure to see the hard work everyone there put in to make sure my family is in a great beautiful safe vehicle! You guys are forever in my hearts God bless you and your families!

  Not expecting to purchase a vehicle that day but the sales rep Clemente along with Clint was excellent and pretty much made the whole process very easy and convenient. Not having the vehicle we were interested in physically on their lot, they searched surrounding dealerships for a comparable and available vehicle. Luckily they located one, made me an offer on my existing car and took possession of it , supplied a loaner similar to the model we were purchasing, negotiated a deal on a new vehicle, and Clemente even retrieved the new vehicle that evening in order to have it detailed and ready for delivery which he also did directly to our house next day. Outstanding service and attention to customers!

  The entire experience was a pleasure, from the moment we stepped into the lot until I drove off in my new car! Clemente was so friendly and put zero pressure on me to make a sale. He showed me the exact car I had seen online and even showed me a slightly older model that would have been cheaper. Dennis brought the welcome wagon with snacks and then again with gifts to congratulate me on my purchase, and he was just the most pleasant, happy person. Fred and Kim both kept the same energy up, being absolutely a joy to interact with and made me feel like I had chosen the right place to buy my next (and future!) car. It was actually a fun experience, and that's not something you always find at car dealerships. The entire team cheered for me when the sale was complete, and they really do make you feel welcome and part of the Elk Grove Chevrolet family!
