He seemed to really connect with customers and even helped a family with their own family vehicle seat fold down. I will only rent from this enterprise moving forward
- LLLillyAug 6, 20261.0The people that work here are the most unprofessional and irresponsible drivers I’ve ever come across. I had an encounter with them at a local Costco while they were out driving one of the company cars. The driver, a very heavy woman set woman was drving herself and 3 other males. She was driving recklessly in the el Segundo Costco off of Rosecrans ave. Not only did she illegally pull into a parking stall causing me to almost hit her, she was speeding in a parking lot, but she had the audacity to be rude about it when confronted. I will never rent a car or let anyone in my family rent a car from a place that hires these kinds of people. They were clearly employees of enterprise on their lunch break behaving like jerks on company time, while driving a company car.

Waiting room was already full of people who didn't have cars. They know how to take the reservation, just don't understand what a reservation is for.

My rental experience from start to finish was the quickest and easiest I have had to date! The staff who helped was outstanding and my vehicle was beautiful, fresh and new!! I will be back when I visit LA next to this exact location. Thank you for making it great!
