  Arrest threat !! Yesterday security for Enterprise texted me that my “open contract” car has now been reported stolen . They state DO NOT DRIVE THE CAR ! I called customer service . The escalation team . They show an open contract with an investigation into the credit they offered me on the current rental I check my credit card . They over charged me for the last contract - never refunded my deposit which would roll over to this current contract ! To avoid repo fees I drove the car to El Dorado Hills Enterprise . This company is corrupt !! They over charge / they charge for gas after the tank is full - they change contract terms to take more money after the rate was negotiated. I don’t even get parking tickets . I have never committed a crime ! This company has corrupt - greedy employees this is all Ians fault !! And Nathaniel Kiser the regional manager ! After i spent $12,000 with them I am suing Enterprise . Get your contracted printed the same day , take photos of the gas meter and existing damages !! Sue Enterprise for defrauding the public

  Enterprise always goes above and beyond with their customers. Jordan was especially helpful in getting me into a vehicle that I could get in and out of easily with my back injury

  Make sure you rent your next car at an Enterprise location! Manager 'Hayden' is great, at the El Dorado Hills (CA) location. Everything explained thoroughly. 'Oscar' is also outstanding to deal with, whether you are at El Dorado Hills or Shingle Springs locations. Take your car rental business to Enterprise! Can't beat their customer service!!
