  I’ve been renting cars from Enterprise for many years, especially for long trips, and I’ve never had any complaints. The staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to answer all of my questions, which makes me feel secure and confident about the vehicle I’m driving. The management and team consistently provide outstanding customer service and go above and beyond to make the rental process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Enterprise for anyone looking for reliable vehicles and exceptional customer care.

  Closed early on weekends, website doesn’t warn you. Website also doesn’t have current inventory. Destroyed my weekend. How do they operate like this? Lost a customer for life and I rent a lot. They used to be so good…

  They close at 12:00 PM on Sundays. They didn’t call me and tell me that if I arrived at 12 and not a minute earlier, they would shut the doors and not provide my vehicles. What kind of business is CLOSED on weekends in 2026? And why wouldn’t they call a customer to warn them that they’ll be closed at the time of pick up? They completely screwed me over… avoid this city and business at all costs.

  We had a bad tire blowout 20 miles from the El Centro, CA. We had to be towed to Discount tire and found ourselves stranded as a special tire was needed to be ordered and take 3 days. We had a special trip in Towson and had to get there. We called enterprise and Sinai assured us they would take care of us. She was exceptional in understanding and helping us. Frank took our call when we got to Discount tire when we asked if we could get a ride to Enterprise. They were busy and yet within 10 minutes he delivered to car to us and did the check in there. It was so kind and such a relief. When we dropped off our rental 4 days later both Sinai and Frank were working. They knew who we were, asked for our trip was, and Frank said he had been thinking of us and hoping all was smooth while we had driven to Tucson. Super thoughtful and caring. They are great people and we can’t say enough about how important their amazing service was at a tough time. They saved our trip!!
