(As we are all going thru hard times/Bill's) My roadside service is behind on payment" So No Tow_No Service" I got out inspected my Van serpentine belt and wheels... immediately after Heard Snap no power steering. I see belt intact but loose! Look around more find circle black wheel like just melted_snapped off" tucked behind belt. I walk into the shop tell them I'm in a pickle right now. If there's anyway they can Help" I'm sorry it's last min walk in repair. Showed them the part they said it's ur pulley wheel, cost would be $147 including labor, (part got transferred within 30mins) they got it done in Hour. 🙏. I have been looking for a place to get my truck serviced that is honest, reasonable, and not feel like I got ripped off. The price might have been a bit more but feel much better knowing that they will take great care of us in the future.
