  Stopped in at 11:20 to get a tire plugged 2 employees working I spoke to John Nguyen store manager first thing out of his mouth wasn't hello, I told him I had a bolt in my left rear that I needed to get fixed...kid you not he said to me the he was the only one who could do it and he was going to take lunch because if he didn't he would lose his job because of OT WTH. I SAID REALLY? Then the bad attitude started he looked at me like I was the one doing something wrong 😒 🙄 I walked out sat in my car to absorb what he just told me I walked back in and told him he just let $2400 dollars walk out his door because i was going to get new tires from him. Sometimes people need to be retained in customer service relations. As crazy as this is they had ZERO CARS in the bay!!!

  Took daughter's car into Tire Choice for an oil change, a week later on the freeway hood pops open causing hood damage, and terrifying daughter. Their explanation is that I should noticed that the hood was not latched. Been taking cars to get oil changes for over 40 years, I never once checked to make sure they latched the hood. I won’t be using this company again.

  Came in to the location desperately needing tires since mine were drastically warned down. Joel assisted us with the process and was fantastic. Great customer service, was engaging and courteous. Made the process extremely pleasant.

  Jay at the front desk and James in the shop are fantastic. Super careful with my vintage Porsche and went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place if you need great tires at an awesome price.
