  Isaiah from Safelite did an excellent job replacing my windshield. He was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He took the time to explain the process and made sure everything was done right. Great customer service and quality workmanship. Highly recommend Isaiah and the Safelite team!

  Bad customer service. I requested a repair/replacement to come to me, everything was fine. We confirmed, they confirmed. Day of appointment, they informed me that I needed to come in and get a recalibration and rescheduled the appointment to a time I couldn’t make. They did this without consulting me. No call, no “does this work for you?” Just a we have rescheduled your appointment. I can understand needing me to come in for a recalibration. Makes total sense. However why change it to a time different than the already confirmed appointment time? It’s not like I have a job I am working around to get my windshield repaired. Whatever. I’ll come in on the weekend and get it done. In each correspondence they told me to allot two hours for the service to be performed. Suddenly on the day of appointment #2, they say it could take three hours. I’ve had a windshield replaced and recalibrated before, it took less than an hour. Lame. I need to get this done. I wait two hours, hoping for a call. Nothing. I think “well okay, they’ll give me a call when it’s done.” Hour three rolls around and I decide to call, and I get an AI assistant that won’t direct me to a real person, but it eventually tells me the appointment will be done around 1. Four hours later. Nowhere in any of the correspondence I’ve had with this location did it say four hours. I’ve checked. Safe to say I’m disappointed. After four and a half hours I get frustrated and head back to the facility, and see my car sitting there, new windshield and all frustrating me even more. I walk in to the office, receptionist is sitting there. There are no cars in the garage. I ask about my car, it’s been done for some time. No call, no alert, no anything. She mumbles a sorry, that will be 250$. Customer service really dropped the ball here. All they had to do was reach out to avoid this. 2 stars cause I guess the windshield is fine.

  I want people to know that safelite came to my home to repair a half inch chip and cracked are windshield more from 1/2” to 6” and told us that now we would have to pay 950$ to replace are windshield and left. Very disappointing with the service
