  The appointment was easy to make, the office staff kept me informed on status, the windshield installation technician paid close attention to details and did an outstanding job! The price was fair, the service was exceptional and the timing was right! Many thanks on a job well done!

  I had a cracked windshield and I seen so many commercials about Safelite and I thought I'd give him a try and I was very impressed being on time the whole process from beginning to end was easy the technician was really awesome really easy to talk to real sweet kind respectful and let me know everything I need to be done and I just let him do his job and then he text me when he was done so I thought it was very professional no stress

  Got the windshield replaced on my truck. The windshield is good. I have no complaints about that but when they removed the old one, they left the old rubber trim All over the inside of my truck seems like they tried to clean it, but gave up

  I needed a full windshield replacement. First time I dropped off, I get told technician broke it when installing the windshield wipers and I will have to wait a week to get another replacement. I come back the week after using the drop-off option once again. Granted, I did show up 30 mins later, and after apologizing and telling the receptionist that I am in no rush to pick up she states that it should be ok to leave but she has to ask technician first. She comes back and tells me technician says no and I have to reschedule appt. I asked if they had any other appointments that day and she says no. I schedule for the following week and I leave. When I get to work, I decide to check their scheduling website and I see there’s an 1130am appointment, so I book it myself and turn right back around to go drop off my car. Considering how expensive gas is, I am extremely upset that I was forced to come back 2 more times due to the lack of care from the first technician and the receptionist the second time. Not only did she lie to my face about not having availability that same day, she didn’t apologize when I came RIGHT BACK 3 mins after I had left. I will absolutely not be recommending this location to anyone else.

  Angel at Safelite did a great job replacing my windshield. He was professional and explained the entire process of replacement and recalibrating. I highly recommend Angel and this Safelite location!
