- LLLole4 days ago1.0The worst customer service ever specially Armen she made mistakes always. I think she should be fired She’s very rude She had a very bad customer service with me today she wasted my whole day She didn’t even care I did ask her many times to get me the manager and she’s pretend that she’s the manager but I am hundred percent sure she’s not because of the company put like this person have very bad customer service as a manager they have to think about it again I hope you take care of it. Thank you.

I’ve put up with dirty cars, late check in’s/outs, and a swinging door of staff, but “updating” their systems to archaic methods of payment is ridiculous. What is the point in having me input my CC through the app in check in if I cannot use it? I have never had this issue with Enterprise before, and the manager doing nothing to assist was really a let down. I’ve never met a business that didn’t want to accept payment or have some sort of workaround to make things work. Customer money is how you stay in business. I’ll be taking mine elsewhere moving forward.

Second, they were friendly, super accommodating, and explained the technology that the car had. I also saw them interact with other customers and were THE MOST RESPECTFUL and kind people. This is now my place to go for a car, hands down.
