  I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise in El Cajon. I was initially told the rate would be $35 per day with everything included, but when the rental term ended, I was charged $55 per day. That is a significant difference from what was communicated to me upfront and felt extremely misleading. When I brought the issue up with the manager, instead of acknowledging the confusion, apologizing, or addressing the training issue with the employees, she responded defensively by saying, “You signed the contract.” While I understand that a contract is important, customers should also be given accurate and transparent information about the actual rates and charges before agreeing to rent. My biggest concern is that the employees did not appear properly trained or transparent about the pricing. If customers are being quoted one rate and ultimately charged another, management should take that seriously and retrain employees on clearly communicating all costs. I hope Enterprise addresses this issue, because clear and honest pricing should be the minimum expectation for customers.

  Enterprise Rent-A-Car was a great experience for me. I drove from San Diego to Tucson, Arizona. I was able to turn my car in in Tucson and then for my trip home I was able to rent another one. The transaction went smoothly. My vehicle ran great. The customer service was above and beyond just an all-around great experience for me. And I needed that because I was into so I’m visiting my brother who’s very sick right now. So Enterprise Rent A Car made that possible for me to be there by my brother so thank you Enterprise.

  I have enjoyed renting from this location for what feels like well over a year, and I want to recognize the outstanding customer service provided by Armna, Erin, and Christopher. They are consistently kind, courteous, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to resolve any inconvenience. While I understand that business can become busy and no operation is perfect, my experience has always been that the staff works diligently to ensure every customer is taken care of. My primary concern is the significant fluctuation in rental pricing. It has become increasingly difficult to justify paying higher rates week after week for a standard vehicle used for a simple one-day trip within the city. The pricing feels excessive and inconsistent, and unfortunately it may make this my last rental with your company. Today was the first time I left feeling that my loyalty as a long-time customer was not valued. I truly like this location and its employees, but unless the pricing becomes more reasonable and consistent, I may have to take my business elsewhere.
