  Honestly, I could not have gotten more lucky. Usually as a young female I feel super anxious and nervous going to car dealerships afraid of not knowing what I’m getting myself into but Lexi at enterprise car sales in El Cajon was uh-MAZING I felt so at ease and a weight got lifted off my shoulder knowing I could trust her with my purchase! In my situation I walked in already late close to closing times and everyone at enterprise was super kind and helpful Lexi had SO much patience with me and all my questions even re-explaining things that I didn’t quite grasp and she explained everything in great detail, provided me with so much information to help me get into a AWSOME car, BEFORE going to enterprise I was so nervous that I wasn’t going to be able to get any car or get into a car that might’ve been through a lot, with mechanical issues or almost on its last legs, but I got into a super clean super smooth and reliable Nissan and honestly I’m so tremendously grateful that not only was I able to get into a car that I thought I could only get in the far future but I got my car AND they went out of their way to put gas in it provide me with any pamphlet I needed to reassure me of my warranty/car protection in case any unexpected incident happen. Aside from that getting a call or two here and there asking about how it’s going how I’m feeling about my new car is so reassuring I truly feel like everyone at enterprise really cares about the costumer and their experience and genuinely has the costumers best interest in mind! Thank you Lexi at enterprise and thank you to every single person I spoke to for helping me with a smile, GREAT customer service, patience beyond what I’ve ever seen at any car sales place and genuine care for getting people into a car that BEST suits their needs. Trust me that I will ABSOLUTELY 110% recommend anyone and everyone to enterprise car sales in El Cajon for their next car purchase!

  I returned my vehicle to the Toyota dealership on a Saturday with the promise that they would get the vehicle safety to the enterprise desk on Monday. I still don't have my refund in my bank account! It's been 5 days since I returned the vehicle! I partly blame the Toyota dealership as I've called and left the manager there a message with no response. However, if enterprise hasn't received their vehicle yet, after not getting a vehicle for almost 2 weeks, I would expect some sort of contact. I entend to continue to make phone calls until I get answers.

  10 out of 5 stars. My uncle recommended this place and Lexi was a huge help. She gave me tips and listed everything in a clear manner of how this whole process works. We enjoyed her demeanor and laid back communication style which was, at the same time, highly professional and tailored to our needs. Keep her around, she knows what the hell she is doing!

  Such a quick and easy process! Superb customer service and friendly too! Kevin was our car rep and he answered all our questions as well as let us test drive the cars we were interested in. The whole process took no more than 3 hours and I drove away with my cute 2024 Toyota Corolla! 🩷🚘😊
