- DDDawnJul 2, 20261.0I returned my vehicle to the Toyota dealership on a Saturday with the promise that they would get the vehicle safety to the enterprise desk on Monday. I still don't have my refund in my bank account! It's been 5 days since I returned the vehicle! I partly blame the Toyota dealership as I've called and left the manager there a message with no response. However, if enterprise hasn't received their vehicle yet, after not getting a vehicle for almost 2 weeks, I would expect some sort of contact. I entend to continue to make phone calls until I get answers.

We enjoyed her demeanor and laid back communication style which was, at the same time, highly professional and tailored to our needs. Keep her around, she knows what the hell she is doing!
