  Pathetic customer support. The guy at the reception didn’t even acknowledge my presence for almost 10 minutes, even though I was first in line. While waiting, I started reading the reviews and realized people were saying exactly the same thing. I had an appointment for 1 PM and specifically requested assistance at that time since it was only a simple oil change. After waiting, I was then told I would need to sit for another 45 minutes because there were two people ahead of me. So technically, my appointment time meant nothing. I wasted 25 minutes there, including 10 minutes just trying to get a response. The attitude at the front desk felt more like, “We don’t have time, you can leave if you want.” Management seriously needs to reconsider the person handling the front desk because this kind of experience is not good for business.

  2 1/2 hours for a oil change stop working on my car mid job to help another customer. Customer Service is on there.

  Very good customer service The gentleman that I worked with me was amazing I was looking for my tires everywhere no one had them and I get here to mountain view and Robert attended to me was very helpful knew how to take care of customersand got my tires and put them on In a timely matter, I was very grateful thank you Robert

  Was charged more for my oil change then quoted. Cracked my windshield when installing new wipers. Manager didn't come out to talk to us about these problems, was just told that they will replace the windshield making me have to go back to shop again.

  I’m sad I had to give one star. Went to have them fix my daughter‘s car they were going to charge me $1600 got it done for $400 at CHINO HILLS auto center off of Payton! Now I question all the other services we had done there. I’m not going back. So disappointing!!!
