  This was a bad experience. I had an appoinrment at 11 am. Brought my car in and was told the care would be done in an hour to 2 hours for a simple oil change. The person at the counter mentioned it was busy, but I said I'd wait and did some errands in the shopping center next to the place. I had not heard anything for 2.5 hours and called and was told that they were pulling it in as we speak and it would be another 1.5 hours. I was not happy because there was no communicationa along with the fact I mentioned I had an appointment and this was not a walk in. The manager said that everyone ahead of me had appointments to, but I could come and pick up my car if I wanted and not do the oil change all together. It was dismissive and rude to say the least. 4.5 hours to do a basic oil change is not the norm for businesses, especially with an appointment. There as no sticker placed on when the next oil change would be and to make matters even more questionable, I do not believe the rotated the tires because the key for the rims was buried in the exact place I left in the glove box. I will not go back to this location as I feel the manager was smug and dismissive.

  Good people. Explained everything to about the tire repair I needed and why couldn't do it. Not many places will tell you what and why anymore! Reasonable prices and knowledgeable folks.

  Miss old management and associates. Three trips to shop for one tire. Ordered incorrectly and no revised follow up which caused lost work. The fact it happened to my wife makes it worse. After 10 yrs of being our only shop , we’re done. Schwab here we come.

  I bought 4 tires here and i got a flat. I thoght i needed a new tire but it was a slow leak. They fixed the leak checked my other tires and sent me on my way . Pleased with the professional interactio. Im glad i came here for my tire purchase.

  I discovered one of my tires had lost a lot of air and figured out I had picked up a nail. This happened on a Sunday afternoon. I was able to make an appointment for just over an hour later and they were able to get the tire repaired before closing at 4 PM. Friendly staff.
