  I’ve been renting from this Enterprise location for over two years, and I want to specifically recognize Jim for always being professional, helpful, and genuinely taking great care of his customers, even during extremely busy times. My four-star rating is not a reflection of Jim or the staff at this location, because from my experience they work very hard and do everything they reasonably can, while some aspects of the overall customer experience are related to company policies and circumstances outside of their control. Overall, I truly appreciate Jim and the entire team, and I hope Enterprise recognizes how hard their employees work and continues to give them the support and resources they need to provide customers with the best possible experience.

  After dropping off my car at Classic Collision for repairs, I stepped next door to pickup my rental car. After checking in for my appointment Jim Wen got all of my information and pulled a car around to the entrance for me. Mr. Wen was friendly, polite, efficient and professional. He let other customers know that he'd be with them as soon as possible. I really don't know how Jim Wen does all that work by himself and still treats each customer so friendly and professional. The Enterprise Company needs to have another employee to help with check-ins or at the least bring the cars around. Mr. Wen is very multi task oriented and is a great asset to the company. The car I was rented looked amazing and it was very clean inside and out. I would definitely choose this Enterprise rental location again and recommend this location to other friends, family and coworkers.

  Very Disappointing Experience & Poor Customer Service I called ahead and was clearly told that I only needed my driver’s license and debit card to rent a car. When I arrived, I was told something completely different. The employee was also extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. I wasted my time and paid for an Uber to get there because I was given incorrect information over the phone. If your rental requirements are different, customers should be given the correct information before making the trip. And they say they will give me a call if they have a car available never got that call Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this rental company. I’ll be using Turo instead—the app is easier, the process is more convenient, and I’ve had a much better experience.
