  Both Jim & Kobe were great to work with. Because there wasn’t an equal value rental available when I needed to extend my rental agreement Jim found me an upgraded vehicle! Can’t say enough Enterprise really took care of my rental needs at a time I really needed it.

  Very Disappointing Experience & Poor Customer Service I called ahead and was clearly told that I only needed my driver’s license and debit card to rent a car. When I arrived, I was told something completely different. The employee was also extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. I wasted my time and paid for an Uber to get there because I was given incorrect information over the phone. If your rental requirements are different, customers should be given the correct information before making the trip. And they say they will give me a call if they have a car available never got that call Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this rental company. I’ll be using Turo instead—the app is easier, the process is more convenient, and I’ve had a much better experience.

  Jim told me that you will stuck inside office as collision will close/lock the door and there will be no way out, + waited there for 30 mins and they said we can’t take you Becuase its already 5:00 PM
