  Very disappointed with my experience at Mountain View Tire & Auto Service. The front desk employee tried to keep and collect my brand new replacement tire instead of returning it properly. On top of that, my vehicle was returned dirty and with trash left inside the car, which is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers’ property. I expected honesty, professionalism, and basic respect for my vehicle, especially when dealing with tire service. Unfortunately, the customer service and handling of my car did not meet acceptable standards. I hope management addresses these issues seriously so other customers do not experience the same situation.

  I’ve now had several excellent experiences with Dennis and the technicians at Mt View on Colorado. I came to them initially with two problem cars and they’ve always been straight with me. A couple times Dennis saved me a ton of money with some DIY tips, which was really awesome because he could have just charged me a bunch but instead really helped me out. It’s rare to find a great mechanic and these are my guys.

  Totally satisfied, the tire i wanted for my Mercedes was in stock and matched the others I have. The shop was super quick with installing my new tire.

  Extremely Disrespectful!!! I made a call today to ask about scheduling an appointment for an oil change. The individual who picked up the phone inquired about the year and model of my vehicle, to which I responded. He the remarked that my car is relatively new (a 2018 model) and stated that if no warning light is illuminated, it indicates that an oil change is not yet necessary. I am at a loss of words!! Is this how they treat their customers?? I have been a customer of this establishment for many years, and I an uncertain if this is a new staff member. However, I have always appreciated the other employees who helped me with my car because they are honest and reliable. I am extremely frustrated with the manner in which this employee managed the call, and I mentioned that I might consider seeking a different auto repair shop due to his rudeness. He simply replied “bye” and hung up the phone
