  We had a flat on our hire car while on our California road trip and called in to Tire Choice, Dublin in a state of panic.............Scott and his team were exceptional - it was close to closing on a Saturday evening, they were stacked with work, but managed to fit us in and get us back on the road within an hour. Scott was amazing - a true professional, and a real reflection of excellent customer service.

  The actual service was fine, and they didn’t try to upsell me on anything at all, which was great. But the staff seemed consistently impatient whenever I asked questions. It felt like they didn’t actually care what I was saying or what I needed. I don’t want to assume my accent had anything to do with it, but it wasn’t the most pleasant experience. If you don’t already speak loud and clear like a professional news anchor and know all the car terminology, maybe go home and practice first💀

  Just moved in to town was driving and tire light came on. Went to another shop and they said they were too busy. Basically caught a nail while driving. I drive by tire choice daily and knew it was close to home so drove directly there. They got me in and out within the hour. Great local repair shop fair and honest. Scott was amazing to work with and customer for life earned!

  I had an excellent experience at Tire Choice Auto Service Centers. My car's underbody shield had come loose, so I stopped by for help. Sky immediately took care of the problem and fixed it completely free of charge. He was incredibly kind, professional, and had a great attitude throughout the entire visit. The repair took less than five minutes, but the level of customer service was outstanding. It's rare to find someone who is so friendly, honest, and willing to help without expecting anything in return. Thank you, Sky, and the entire Tire Choice team, for the excellent service. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for trustworthy and caring auto service!
