  I usually come to this location cause it’s relatively inexpensive and close to my home. They get the job done but they don’t check anything else, they don’t top off fluids or put air in the tires like they claim they do.

  This is an honest, reliable business. I have taken my cars to them many times in the past 15 years. They provide excellent service.

  They don't actually rotate your tires despite their advertisement for free tire rotation with every oil change. We started marking our tires and they were not rotated. Bummer!

  Scheduled an appointment for 7/18 to replace my spare tire. Day of appointment they did not have the tire and recommended some work, I authorised it and was told I’d be called when the tire arrived. Upon inspecting my car the back panels of my hatchback interior were all detached and left this way. I called and spoke with the woman at the front desk who denied vehemently any responsibility for this, telling me that “it probably happened when they were looking for your spare tire” and when I informed her that I had left my spare tire out for them her story changed to “I spoke to my manager and nobody entered your car.” I asked to speak with the manager and he was conveniently unavailable. As of this review, I still have not been called about the replacement tire that was the point of the entire scheduled appointment and my panels are still detached. Will definitely not be back. The mechanic I had spoken with, I believe his name was Luis, was friendly and helpful however. The front desk woman was rude and very unhelpful, and I’m still without my tire and have to address the panels.
