    They were great. I came in for tire pressure check and needed a tire, they took care of it right away. Great customer service

    While I was being assisted by a professional and helpful female staff member, an employee identified as Mike intervened in a manner that was both disruptive and defamatory. Mike escorted the staff member toward the garage area where, in a volume clearly audible to myself and employees, he explicitly warned her to be "careful" with my account. He openly characterized my request for service as fraudulent, questioning my identity and my standing as the owner of the fleet. This conduct is unacceptable for several critical reasons: Defamation and Lack of Professionalism: Being publicly accused of fraud and dishonesty while attempting to conduct routine business is an affront to my professional reputation and the company I represent. Hostile Service Environment: Mike’s decision to air his unfounded suspicions loudly in a public area created a hostile atmosphere, undermining the helpfulness of the initial representative and causing unnecessary escalation. Procedural Failure: If there were genuine concerns regarding account authorization or identity verification, there are established, discrete protocols to follow. Making derogatory assumptions and voicing them aggressively is not an industry-standard practice.i asked if she would like to see my Identification she denied the request actually never even asked for an ID which troubles me there with anyone obviously being able to it seems just request service without ID verification. As a loyal fleet client, I expect a level of respect and administrative competence that was entirely absent during this encounter. We value the technical service Monro provides, but we cannot overlook behavior that treats a business owner like a criminal suspect. I am requesting a formal review of this incident. I would appreciate a written response detailing how this matter will be addressed internally to ensure that such unprofessionalism is not repeated. I was thankful I had Kyle from the corporate fleet customer service team on the phone during the whole incident so he was able to hear the lack of trust.

    I went for a simple patch to the tire...temporary so that it would give me time to buy a new tire...they refused...they wanted to make a tire sale I already knew what i needed a new tire, but not that day.. so I went to somewhere else and got honest service..quickly and courtesy...

    I had my oil changed here and the experience was terrible. After the service, the oil maintenance light was not reset and no service sticker was placed on the windshield. When I checked the dipstick myself, the oil level appeared low and the oil was dark with a burnt smell. I returned the next day to speak with the manager (Luis), who insisted the oil had been changed and showed me what he said was a new oil filter installed by the technician (Torres). However, when I expressed concerns about the oil condition and asked if they could redo the service for customer peace of mind, I was told I would have to pay again. The original manager on duty during the service was Mike. What concerns me most is not just the oil itself, but the lack of transparency and unwillingness to address a customer's concern in a professional way. When basic steps like resetting the maintenance system are missed and the oil appears questionable, it's reasonable for a customer to ask for reassurance. Unfortunately, I did not leave feeling confident that the service was handled properly. Luis refused to redo the service free of charge and at this point I realized that it wasn't doing anything by going back and forth. I would recommend customers going somewhere else.

    Rude mechanic. I asked if I could have the sticker that shows the mileage for the next oil change. The mechanic Diego said "sure, so you also want a star sticker too" as he laughed. Like, I was a special just because I asked for something that should have been part of the service. I explained that it was my second oil change with them and the last time they forgot too. I also said to him that he shouldn't speak to customers like that because it's offensive. His manager Luis told him to back away and the problem with that is that Luis didn't approach me "the customer" to ask if everything is okay, instead he walked away like I was the problem. Very unprofessional service. Once, they gave me the sticker they wrote the wrong mileage from what I had (see images). Would not recommend this place to anyone. If the staff reads this... I know what I heard "don't try to sugar coat it." Just learn to be more professional.
