Always short staffed, youre gonna wait for 45-60mins or even more to get the car to your hands.

The staff is helpful and patient. For me, the timing was off as lots of people were renting for the weekend. I needed a vehicle for just a couple of days as my vehicle was being repaired. Overall, a great experience. 😁😁

I've rented several vehicles from this location over the past couple of years and they've always provided excellent customer service and vehicles in great condition. On my last visit, Orlando was very helpful and quick to process the rental. Once I got the vehicle it was cleaned very well and ready to go.

The employees were very cordial, like family members. They were very helpful and answered all my questions clearly. We got a 15 passenger vehicle for 11 people, there was enough room for us and the luggage. The drive went smooth between the drivers. The experience we got was very soothing, comfortable, spacious, and fresh AC for summer time. Although I do wish there was more compartments for your phone and small belongings it was more than enough. The adventure we had inside the van was memorable, it made the road trip x100 better. We made memories of cherishable moments we had with the family unforgettable and priceless that we still think and talk about today, perhaps forever. I will always go back to enterprise. Thank you for a fast, easy, and great experience, everything is much appreciated, and much love to yall.
