  Terrible customer service. The manager jackie is Terrible at meeting customer's need. Bad attitude towards to customer. No customer service at all.

  I was looking for forward to getting a jeep for an excursion. I reserved it a couple of weeks in advance and sure enough it was clean and ready to go. I was not dissappinted. I spoke with Jackie the day before and she was able to have it ready earlier than my reservation time. Great service by Jackie and her staff. I'll be back.

  The service was good. I was seen right at my appointment time. Received my car promptly. The rental car was excellent. So, I went and purchased the same model I rented.

  I had to book online last minute (around midnight) a day before. I went right when it opened at 8am, but zero issues getting a car clean and ready with a last minute booking. There was a lot of people already when it opened; however, Jackie H. was very fast and so helpful. I’ve never experienced a rental location that is so quick to get everyone what they need. Jackie was by far one of the best employees I’ve ever seen to assist for rentals. I highly recommend her.

  It was all so easy and convenient. I was allowed to return the vehicle to the Collison center whether the vehicle was took to me and that was extremely convenient and took very little time. It was amazing.
