  I recently visited Valvoline in Downey, CA and had an excellent experience. Alex assisted me during my service, and she was not only highly professional but also exceptionally kind and welcoming throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. Great customer service like hers really stands out these days. I truly appreciate the positive experience and would definitely recommend this Valvoline location to others.

  This morning visited The Valvoline service station. I needed to get an oil change on my car, I was already behind almost 200 miles. I thought maybe it will take about an hour at the minimum. As soon as I inquired they lead me to one of the 4 bays where they service the cars. I think I waited just a few minutes and they had me pull right in. Young lady by the name of Alex came over to get my information and my vehicles, and so the service started that fast. She e planned the different types of oil and then she explained the differences of the oils they recommended. I must say Valvoline does a pretty good job on training their people. I must say I was impressed. I've worked in sales and marketing for almost 30 yrs. You don't see people upselling or sharing the benefits of their products. Gerry the you tech, also did a good job in sharing with me, the condition of my air filter and the oil's condition after changing it, again their good training was well displayed. I must say Valvoline has won my business over, I won't be visiting the other place down the street anymore. Downey, Valvoline keep up the good work, keep sharing your knowledge, and your store will stay successful. Thank you.

  had a great experience at Valvoline. The gentlemen working there were very informative, respectful, and professional throughout the entire visit.   I am a reoccurring customer, they tell me exactly what my car needs, they check lights and fluid levels. The staff is super friendly, recently had my parents bring in their car. They also feel good about the service provided. I use them here in Vegas but when im in Cali I ook for this particular place! Overall recommend!

  I love coming to this location. I always get my oil change done here. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming .Tabatha and Michael, the manager, were amazing went above and beyond. Thank you Michael for helping with all the concerns I had about my AC and with my air cabin filter my car is 2003 ford escape and air cabin filter is harder to replace due to where is located and not everyone out there will look into it.
