Matthew spent far too much time discussing his $10 bets on European Soccer clubs in the World Cup with coworkers. Far too distracted; which screams an immediate safety hazard in this fast pace environment with open bays in the floor. Supervisors on the floor with the influx of teenage workers are definitely needed. Not a dig on Stephanie, who was great, but easily distracted with "shop" (heavily unrelated) talk.
