- HAHazel Avila4 days ago5.0This was my first time at Valvoline. Their customer service is outstanding! José was my technician. He was very knowledgeable about the products and services. He was very attentive to my concerns and provided me the information I needed. I am impressed how fast the service was provided and I love the fact that I was in my vehicle all the time!
- CMCandy MartinezOct 8, 20265.0I came to Valvoline and had the pleasure of working with Tabbatha. She was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process! Hugo helped me with my filters, and Jurordo helped check my oil and all of my fluids. Overall, I had a great experience! The whole team was friendly, professional, and made the process easy. I really love the team at the Downey location and will definitely be coming back!
- GLGilbert LopezOct 6, 20265.0Valvoline instant oil change in Downey employee. Alex was really helpful. She recommended what I should get done in for my vehicle with the transmission and Radiator. I told Alex I didn’t have enough money to get everything done at once, she was kind enough to print out the recommended services I need in the future. Thank you again, Alex for your help. I will definitely come back.
- AAAshley Zachary - A2theZShowOct 3, 20265.0I had a great experience at Valvoline from start to finish. Alex was extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming. He made the entire process of getting my oil changed easy and stress free. He explained everything clearly, provided great customer service, and made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire visit. I really appreciated his positive attitude and attention to detail. Great service all around, and I would definitely recommend this Valvoline location. Thank you, Alex!
- ECElvira CarbajalSep 25, 20261.0My mom went in this time without me I’m always the one going with her we always ask for the usual service. This time my mom went by herself since I was at work. She called me while the employee was talking to her and they asked her what service she needed and I heard her explain “ the usual as last time conventional oil that’s it “ tell me why she got home and I saw the receipt and they did her a full synthetic oil which is way way more pricier. They have the thing of telling you all these “ services “ that you need which I feel like that’s where they get you and I understand but my mom clearly said just the usual oils change conventional. I don’t recommend this place if that’s what they are doing “ what they want “ or over there goofing around. We are loyal to valvoline it’s the only place we visit for any oil changes but I don’t think I’ll be bringing any of my cars here anymore
