  The team was completely in sync and communicated very well. They worked quickly and efficiently, and I was fortunate to have Michael and Erica helping me today. Erica was under the hood while Michael was on the computer handling the logistics, and their teamwork and coordination were excellent. I was there for no more than 20 minutes it was quick, seamless, and very professional. Great team!

  Tabitha was the person who took my information when I drove into the service bay. I asked her a question about the coolant level in my vehicle and she wasn’t 100% sure of the answer. She then went to ask her manager Allen. I appreciated the fact that she took the time to go find the answer and then get back to me. I think that was great customer service because most employees at places nowadays would just say “I don’t know” and leave it at that. Her manager Allen came out and explained to me the answer to my question, which was very helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and I will continue coming to this location.

  Tabitha and Allen did a wonderful job today went through all the steps offered extra service that were necessary per the mileage of my vehicle I’ve been coming here for 5 years and definitely can say that the service and maintenance on my vehicles no matter which representative it is they always gets the job done efficiently. I truly enjoy my experience every single time

  Arrived at location. Had a few cars ahead of me but staff quickly assigned me a dock. I was there for a oil change and tire rotation that was needed. I got greeted by staff member Erica and was asked what service I was there for, and she quickly got to it. Informed me of recommended services, what was due, and what to look for in the future. Erica did an amazing job, did everything with confidence, and performed efficiently. After everything was said and done, manager came over and double checked to make sure I was satisfied with the services. Will for sure be coming back to location.

  I came to get my oil change already max agitated because I had an appointment for an oil change with Downey care center and they had me standing around for 15 minutes with no acknowledgment in a lobby with no air conditioning. So I left and found this place and they got me in and out in 15 minutes. I didn’t even have to leave my car. I just drove in and drove out. Also they were helpful. One guy Marco was so pleasant at the end asking if he could take a look at anything else and wishing me a good day. Another guy directed me out and waved at me as I left. Super friendly. And the man who took me in originally did not try to sell me on anything else besides what I needed which was oil. It wasn’t cheap but I would return.
