- YAyesenia AMay 2, 20262.0This place is hit or miss at best and usually pretty average. There seems to always be a hiccup of some sort during visits, but I use due to location convenience. Today, there was only one vehicle ahead of me already being serviced, but it took exceptionally long before anyone even asked what I needed. After a 45 minute wait behind the same vehicle in the stall, one of the employees finally awkwardly asked the reason for my visit. He then told me to back up so another vehicle could drive in front of me to be serviced. I completely understand that at times things happen that unfortunately cause delays even at places like jiffy lube, but maybe this franchise can benefit from communication training. Anyhow, there are other franchises within drivable distance and had it been made know that the wait would be well over an hour, i would have gladly driven away sooner without any issue.

I explained to him that I just got a $20 inspection and I only paid that amount. The reply was well you got hooked you up but that's the price now. If they are making different prices up for Lyft, what do you think they're doing when you go get your car fixed or an oil change? Bad customer service SCAM!!! So tired of backyard hustles!!! I will be calling corporate!!
