Repaired the brake issue I was having. The service was much faster than expected. They got the job done in an hour after receiving the parts.

I will always now go to Mike at this location for all my tire needs. I really like how well he communicates and he’s found a great deal on replacement tires for my Subaru to purchase next month. In the interim, he quickly jumped on my issue of a slow leak and had me out the door in no time. You’ve hired a person of great character as the manager, and I appreciate it.

I Like this branch of allen Tire Co. And have been here a couple of times for tires, which I think they do very well. On Friday I called them and asked if they could change the oil and fuel filters on my F250 6.7 liter Diesel Power stroke. They said that they could and so I took it there on Saturday morning, after being there for an hour they told me that the housing for the rail mounted fuel filter was worn out and needed to be replaced because it was leaking, extra $200. When the part arrived they Said it was omly the o ring and that I didnt need the housing. Just the new o rings. So they put in the new o rings and send me off. When I got home the filter was leaking diesel fuel everywhere. I took it back and they told me there was one more o ring that needed to be replaced that they didnt see before. My F250 will never go there again Im sure they know tires but when it comes to diesel engines they just dont know what they are doing. When you change the filters the seals need to be changed. Do it right the first time.
