  The manager in service had some weird as energy over the phone it felt like he was being bothered him doing his job and the way he gave answers like he felt annoyed which is weird . So I clicked off after don’t think I wanna do business with people with that type of energy over the phone. It was just unnecessary and uncalled for in my opinion.

  Mal servicio para un cambio de llanta tienes que dejar el carro tienen mala actitud ..no son serviciales ...si tienes emergencia no te ayudan ...estoy molesta nunca he cambiado una llanta y tuve que manejar millas para encontrar un buen servicio y este lugar es el peor

  Anthony was so quick, professional, and hands-on And he made me feel valued and safe. Despite me being at a Pep Boys just the previous day for a tire repair his team found a nail and another tire that was overlooked. I highly recommend for efficient and friendly service, Especially for any female that dreads auto repairs.

  Well the "50,000" mile life span only lasted less that 18,000 and they do not honor the tire warranty so once again I had to buy a set of tires. Seems like a scam to me. Then tires were not available the same day so I scheduled to have the tires replaced the following day. I arrived at 9:45 am just for tires and an alignment. OVER 5+ hours, two broken studs, installed my center caps wrong of and it took longer to drive my vehicle on the alignment rack so you got to ask yourself did they align my vehicle or was that a scam too. when they cross threaded my lugs and that i pointed out the issue to them and they questioned me about that, they said we can cover the cost for my damaged lugs like they we doing me a favor because I caught them. I will tell everyone I know about the painfully slow, unprofessional and experienced staff they had working on my vehicle. very sad I went to this store for all my tire needs but not no more!
