I had a great experience buying a used car from Ed Dena's last Saturday. The salesman I worked with, Luis Ortega, was one of the main reasons things went as well as they did. He was a good listener, never pressured me, and always followed through. When I asked about the car's service history, he sent me a GM VIS report showing exactly what had been done and when. He was a real pleasure to work with. Marissa in finance was good, too. She knew I had a long drive ahead of me and had all my paperwork organized and ready to go. It's rare to leave a dealership feeling this good about the whole experience and I'd strongly recommend this place to anyone in the market for a car.

I had seen a trailblazer I liked for my daughter's first car 🚗. Me and my wife went there, and it was somewhere else, but they brought it back. We explained what we were looking for, and they worked with us. It was simple as that, no back and forth negotiation were needed. Very happy with the process and my daughter was very happy as well. Thank you...

Terrible experience. They post vehicles on their website (and others) for a final price. Then after they run your credit for a loan, and approve it, they add on $10,000 to the car price saying their website is updating. The salesman told me they’ve done this to multiple people already. Definitely didn’t purchase the car. Shady, and very bad business.

Victor was knowledgeable, patient and a real pleasure to work with. He helped make the whole process of purchasing my vehicle very easy and did not push me at all which I truly appreciated.
Buyer here! We had a great experience buying a used Chevy Bolt EV from Ed Dena’s Auto Center in Dinuba. It was worth the long drive there and back from the Bay Area.
To be fair, a friend is an auto broker and he negotiated the deal on our behalf, and we agreed to a written, final, out the door price the day before we drove to Dinuba. The car we wanted had been on their lot for more than two months and they had lowered the price repeatedly. We did not expect them to go much lower (and in the end he only saved us about $300 from the current sticker price), but I was glad I had a deal in hand before driving 3 1/2 hours each way.
Everything at the dealership went as smoothly as possible! Believe me, I’m not a fan of dealerships and I wouldn’t be praising these guys if we had a bad experience. We had a good experience.
I can’t speak for everyone else, and I don’t know if others purchases will be as smooth as ours was, but I would buy another car from this dealership if they had a car I wanted. I think that’s about the best praise I can give in this game.
