  Luis Ortega was incredibly helpful! He got me approved within minutes and made the entire process of getting my new car smooth and stress-free. He even went the extra mile to help me get started with very reasonably priced insurance. The whole experience was fantastic, and I truly appreciate all his support!

  Arrived earlier than the appointment time for the complimentary service but they accommodated me right away. Initial process was quick and they told me to wait 45 minutes at the waiting area. They have a nice area with comfy chairs and I just spent my time sketching on my phone while waiting there. They even offered me a slice of cheesecake but I can't have it due to my health, but that's really sweet of them. Staff are friendly and really accommodating. Indeed, my car was ready after 45 minutes and right on time! 5 stars for the great service 👏

  I had a great experience purchasing my car from this dealership. Yohan was the salesman who helped me throughout the process, and he was friendly, professional, and helpful. He made the experience easy and straightforward without making me feel pressured. After purchasing the car, I noticed there was a small crack in the windshield that I was unaware of at the time of purchase. I contacted the dealership, and they were very helpful in taking care of the repair and covering the cost. I really appreciated them standing behind their service and making sure the issue was taken care of. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle, and I especially appreciate Yohan for his help throughout the process.

  We had such a great experience at Ed Dena's! Everything was smooth and stress-free from the moment we arrived at the dealership to the moment we drove away in our brand-new 2027 GMC Terrain. Epifanio was incredibly knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot and took the time to answer all of our questions. He went above and beyond to make sure we found the right vehicle and felt confident throughout the entire process. The customer service was outstanding, and we never felt pressured. We truly appreciate the professionalism and attention we received. We will definitely be back when it's time to purchase our next vehicle and highly recommend Ed Dena's and Epifanio to anyone looking for a new car!

  Had a transmission flush done on my 2025 chevy 2500hd. Got home and there was transmission fluid all over the transmission pan. Technician didn't clean up his mess. 41,000 miles on it and transmission fluid all over the outside of the pan, come on now.
