  Full true story: I brought my 22k miles Volvo in for 2 tires to be replaced on March 2025. They up sold me a wheel alignment. Tires were changed and all was done without a hiccup. So far so good, but I was weary that this company upsells. Shortly after the tires were changed, I noticed a bounce and heavy vibrations everytime I drove faster than 50mph. I knew it must've been the tires but didn't have time to get them checked out. I finally had a chance to come back to Tire Choice in March 2026. Gustavo reluctantly checked me in, saying its a bad tire and not their work. Either way its on them, and they needed to check it out and figure out whats wrong. They test drove, poked around for 3 hours and came back to tell me ALL tires were balanced and that its the AWD system causing the bounce. And that I'll need to replace all 4 tires to fix the bounce. AND that my brake pads are thin and need to be replaced. I know my car, and I know a little about AWD needing matching tires within 4/32" tread. And I knew Tire Choice upsells. I left as fast as I could, while Gustavo kept pushing for 4 new tires and brake pads. Today, I finally went to an honest tire shop and had them take a look at whats causing the bounce. Within an hour, they told me 1 tire was highly off balance and causing the bounce. Easy fix, and optional if I wanted to change the tires. Is it a little fishy that 2 different tire stores have 2 different diagnosis on the same tires? I'd sure be pissed if I knew I spent 1200 on new tires unnecessarily. Oddly enough, after this whole ordeal, I saw another reviewer previously had the same situation

  Came here because the place on Colima even tho I had an appointment said it would be an all day. Mind you it’s only back brakes. Got here 10:15 am. Ask how long it would take I was told about 40 to an hour. It’s 130pm and still waiting for my car.
