  Juan and Daniel could not have been any more helpful. They helped me help an old lady that struck out in the middle of the Desert with the battery and they honestly went above and beyond one of the many reasons why I’m the Desert Hot Springs location is probably my favorite location in the desert

  Quick facts: 🤦 • Octane (87 vs 91) has nothing to do with catalytic converter lifespan. If a car is designed for 87, 91 is just wasted money. • Chevron Techron in not the same as STP. Royal Purple isn’t automatically better either. (STP is kerosene-based) • The 3800 Series II is port-injected not direct injection and not related to a Cadillac CTS platform. I usually have a good experience here. I stopped in for Techron and got constant pushback to buy something else. The employee kept insisting STP was the same thing, tried to upsell Royal Purple, and gave incorrect info about fuel requirements and my engine. I get one or two times but after like five times, bro please just let me buy the additives I've been using forever. I don’t mind recommendations, but pushing products while giving inaccurate information makes a quick stop frustrating. Like bruh, I build race cars as a hobby.

  Honestly one of the best auto zones I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to them all over the valley since I have a dinosaur of a car that’s constantly breaking down. My dad went today to get a replacement starter for my car and since we’d gotten the part at auto zone it had a lifetime warranty and literally got a whole new starter for free with the warranty and have the peace of mind that if the starter goes bad again they will keep their end of the bargain and replace the part. Just wanted to mention the manager (whose name my dad didn’t get! :( ) who worked with my dad on the warranty. My dad is an incredibly grumpy, disgruntled older man and for him to praise someone takes quite an impression. So thank you to everyone who works there and specifically the manager who helped us out today during an incredibly stressful moment. We are incredibly grateful and always have such good service when we go in there. I hope it continues to run exactly how it’s been since moving out here and the people there continue to be kind, honest and considerate ❤️
