When it was time to return the rental he took us back to the body shop and keep conversation along the way never made no one feel uncomfortable very polite gentleman and passionate of his job for sure and customer services is elite. Kudos to him and I hope a wealthly future for that gentlemen. Best enterprise I have rented out from no doubt about that thanks Delano enterprise

- JBJody B.May 21, 20265.0Overall, the staff was great. When I arrived, the car was not ready at the requested pickup time of 3:00 PM. It ended up being about 40 minutes late, around 3:42 PM. However, I usually try to arrive a little after the scheduled time (around 3:20 PM) because, in my experience with Enterprise, the car is often ready about 15–20 minutes later than expected. Because of that, I wasn’t too surprised by the wait. I really appreciated that the fuel tank was completely full. I dislike renting cars with only a quarter or half tank, so that was definitely a plus. The car itself worked perfectly and everything was in good condition. That consistency is why I continue renting from Enterprise. The staff is typically very professional and friendly. This was my first time renting from the Delano location, and I was very satisfied with both the associates and their customer service. I will definitely rent from this location again.
