  There is no less than one star in the review otherwise I might have given negative stars. Targeted parking lot: 1. One of price gouging and well known for targeting outside people vehicles like rented, outside Delmar residents. 2. There is only one counter where customer service people is really terrible and very rude. They won’t guide/instruct/explain/suggest you to place the paid parking receipt in the dashboard of the vehicle. Very useless people and sure they won’t guide properly so that citation and penalties can earn lot of money for the township. Anyway they work for township and not to provide service to outsiders. 3. Never ever appeal even if you have paid receipt. They will just tell to pay penalties otherwise legal action will be taken. 4. They never video record any contact with the parking lot person who generally useless and rude. So that even if we claim that nobody helped or spoke to the people, you can’t proof unless you are recording everything and posting online about the incident with parking lot person. 5. Strange thing is when reached to consult attorney they said that the legal Instructions posted only one place are not followed by us and wasting their time also to contest which eventually more cost on attorney and compulsory fake penalties/fees by the township. 6. Use nearby excellent restaurants with great service to have a good meal and park there with very little money so that you can enjoy the meal and beach both, instead of paying the price gouging township 😭 7. Few are paying $30,40 but even after paying $60,80 there won’t be any change in ever failing rules. Hope this review helps at least one person who is visiting this place in future, that’s what is my goal and nothing else. ***Not even one single review with more than one star as of Aug 2026. Hope the township management needs to look this into very seriously and all public users deserve more than price gouging and expecting some serious steps will be taken.***

  They charge $75 for beach parking. This should be illegal price gouging and it's definitely immoral.

  Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT PARK HERE. Overpriced, and they fined me $54 for being 20 minutes late due to circumstances beyond my control. I would have paid for 3 hours, but options were just 2 or 4 hours; the four-hour option cost over $40. Terrible customer service. I asked to reduce the fine for a 20-minute delay but couldn’t reach a real person. They rejected my request by mail without even giving me a call to discuss.
