  Chris, the general manager, was so understanding and respectful on the phone when I called about an issue that I was told by the dealer could have been from work they had done. It’s rare today to receive the type of service Chris provided. He didn’t have to offer to look at reimbursing me for a diagnostic when the issue wasn’t their responsibility, but he did! And, WOW!! It happened so fast. He contacted GEICO for me and they reimbursed me right away. The issue was with GEICO, yet Chris told me that he would look into Gerber reimbursing me if GEICO would not. I am grateful for my interactions with Chris. He’s given me some hope in people again. I had avoided calling Gerber because I expected a very different outcome and didn’t want to deal with it. It might not be a big deal to Chris, but it certainly was for me. It matters! I highly recommend Gerber in Davis if you want care and real service.

  Great experience overall. The staff was professional and easy to work with. My bumper was repaired quickly and the quality of the work was excellent. I'd definitely recommend this shop.

  Bring my car in for minor bumper damage. Customer service was efficient. Got my inspection and Chris did his magic to help me repair the cracks, my car is running out like new. It's rare to find such a trustworthy car mechanic, highly recommend.
