  Problemas para pagar con débito. Se sacan los requisitos de la chistera. El chico que nos atendió tenía pocas ganas de trabajar. No recomiendo Enterprise de Davis. Decidimos gestionar el alquiler del vehículo en otro Enterprise y sin ningún problema.

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not book here if you need a same day reservation. My car broke down this morning. At 8am I booked a rental car for pick up at 2pm or so I thought. I recieved a call around 11am notifying me that they most likely needed to push my time back to 4pm due to delayed returns but reassured me that I would have a vehicle then and to check in again later. I called a 2pm and was reassured that I would have a vehicle but 4pm time was accurate but call at 3:30 just in case. When I called at 3:30. I was told that the only vehicle available was double the price of my reservation and that was the person on the phone giving me a price break. I was not offered any cars at my reservation price. When I requested they honor my reservation price I was told that it was not worth it to them because they would loose money if they did and that they were not required to because it was a same day reservation. Before this conversation not one person mentioned a change in price or the possibility of not having a car available. If I had been able to predict my car breaking down. I would have made an earlier reservation. If I had been notified of the possibility of not having a Car, I could have made other arrangements. They waited until the end of the day and then treated me like I was at fault. Often times people renting same day cars are in your community. There was multiple opportunities for them to provide any kind of reasonable Customer service. Instead they were rude and dissmisve. Repeatedly telling me it was because I made a same day reservation. it was truly horrible customer service. I asked for a manager and they did not provide one. I have had positive experience with enterprise at other locations in the past and ended up being taken care of in Vacaville without price gouging. I

  The worst enterprise location of all time. The staff is super rude and won’t drop you off even though they have a free drop off policy. Half of the time the location is out of cars and even if you book in advance they won’t have a car available for you.

  My experience with Enterprise was exceptional from start to finish. Both the pickup and drop-off processes were incredibly smooth and fast.A special thank you to Jake and Joshua, who went above and beyond to help me. I accidentally left some personal items in the vehicle after returning it, and they immediately assisted me in tracking them down. I am incredibly thankful for their honesty, quick thinking, and wonderful customer service.I highly recommend this location and will definitely rent from them again!
