  We stopped by to inflate our tire because the air pump at the gas station was out of order. Shane was happy to help, saying "no problem, I'll do it." We then discovered we had a nail in the tire, which he fixed immediately. We were in and out within 15 minutes. It felt like a small-town feeling, no nonsense, got to it, and we were on our way.

  Waste of time, sad to offer a mirage of a service in a local Davis consumers guide coupon book, invite a potential customer down to get the simple service accomplished and then upon arrival say we can’t even do this service that we said we could do over the phone. Foresight would have been as simple as verifying whether you can accommodate a customer who explains all relevant details before having them come down to the shop.
