I’ve taken my Audi to other oil change services and they have struggled. Overheard him telling his crew info on the Audi. Typically an oil change costs me around $350 at the dealership. Over $100 cheaper here. Excellent services!

They were so thorough and efficient and really took the time to talk to me about my car concerns and make sure everything was up to spec AND recorded on carfax (including past services not recorded by other mechanics) as a woman who had to learn all car maintenance and repair on my own, I can't tell you how valuable this kind of customer service is. I can feel like I'm not being taken advantage of here and trust and *understand* the services recommended because they took the time to explain. Bryant really went the extra mile and pointed out previous maintenance work that was done sloppily or suspiciously after reviewing all my service receipts. We realized my last mechanic had insisted my transmission fluid needed replacement only about 3k miles after my previous replacement. Thats about 27k miles sooner than manufacturer's recommended. Live and learn, and keep your service receipts!
