  1000000/10 experience here. I went in for an oil change, and I’m so glad I did. Daniel was the technician and he is AMAZING. The oil change was super fast, and I never felt rushed. I know nothing about cars, and he answered all my questions. I had my filter changed too, and he went out of his way to check a couple other things that were creating anxiety for me. I am so happy I got him as a technician! When it was time for him to get off work, I still needed a tire rotation, and Brian, the manager, took over. Brian is equally as amazing as Daniel! They both were so nice, very detail oriented, and made this particular experience really easy and stress free. Brian double checked everything before I left, and made sure it was perfect. As a Mom it’s important that my car feels safe. Now I can drive with new oil, a new filter, rotated and filled tires, and no anxiety about the indicator lights in my car. I cannot recommend this place enough!

  Everyone is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They get you in and out fast. I really like the extra safety checks they do. I've been taking my vehicles here for years and will continue to do so

  Always been a fan of Valvoline. Slightly more expensive than jiffy lube from what I can remember but I feel like the service is a bit better. So I always do valvoline. The guys at this location haven’t been too pushy on the extra services although I have bought a number of those extra services here from them. This location is down the street from my house. I always feel good coming here, may be biased locally. Good service at the other locations too but after 6 or so services with them I finally decided to write them a review. If you’re looking for prompt honest oil change or other services it’s worth while coming here. You can usually find a coupon online too.

  I have been using this specific Valvoline location since the 90's for my company cars and now that I'm retired, my personal vehicles. They have always been professional and courteous. They are thorough, by offering all services needed at key mileage points, but are not overly pushy in offering options that aren't really needed or wanted. They are fast, and everyone appears to be having fun, indicative of a good place to work. I'll continue to use them for all of my oil changes.

  I was super impressed with the level of professionalism and fantastic customer service at this location (Dana Point/Capo Beach). The manager and every technician kept you informed and took the time to ensure you were being treated with courtesy and efficiency. Everybody was working hard to keep the flow moving. The manager explained all of the details of the inspection and never pressured to purchase anything extra. This group of young professionals deserve to be recognized.
