  I have come to the GoodYear @6498 Mission in Daily City twice now and after my incredible experience both visits, I am a customer for life. Both visits Felicia has helped me, the first time when I had two nails in my tire, the second time when I had to replace all four tires along with alignment. She was incredibly thoughtful, kind, and cost conscious on my behalf. She was extremely, extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and super clear in explaining everything, my options, etc and provided white glove customer care while I was going through such a stressful situation. If you need a patch or a new tire or two, I HIGHLY recommend going to see Felicia and the incredible team of service specialists (I wish I could name them all) that worked on my Audi @6498 Mission in Daily City. You will not regret it!!

  I had a great experience here today. Luba was awesome! I was worried about a long wait, but they got me in and out much faster than expected. The staff was super welcoming and explained everything clearly without any pressure. If you’re looking for fast, honest, and friendly tire service, this is the place to go!!

  had a great experience at this auto service shop. I came in for an oil change, and everything was done quickly and professionally. Andy was especially helpful, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate the great customer service and honesty.

  Needed new tires for my SUV. Went on Amazon and ordered 4. Amazon asked if I wanted to send them to a local installer and then schedule a meeting for the install. Of course my answer was 'yes' since the install price was super fair and the Goodyear Auto Service was only 4 miles from my house. I arrived early, they were cool with it. Gave me a time estimate (1.5 hrs) and when I returned they were on, looking great and no additional charges. Tires and service all paid in advance via Amazon. Extremely professional team at this Goodyear and I will definitely be buying all my future tires from them.

  Felicia and team are very kind workers who assisted me (first time car owner) in understand what's wrong with my vehicle and how I should be proactive in maintaining my car. They never made me feel stupid and always answered my questions. Coming back here soon to get some more work done!
