Do not give them your contact information -- City Toyota will relentlessly call you and leave messages to service your vehicle (like 30 unanswered calls and it doesn't stop). Further, if you go to them, they will recommend crazy-expensive and seemingly unnecessary service.
I have purchased four cars from City Toyota and been going to their service department for over two decades. I put a large number of miles on my cars. My 2023 Prius prime SXE has over 115,000 miles on it.
I had moved out of the Bay Area a number of years back, but I continue to go to City Toyota because I found people that I trust with my car. Each one of the cars I purchased from them went well over 330,000 miles except the last one I sold it a little over 220,000 miles and all the cars were still running when I sold them. The last two I sold to a friend of mine and they continue running for a number of years after he received them.
In general, I found City Toyota service department to provide Excellent support. My current service point of contact is Steven Yu. He has been very proactive in informing me on the status of my vehicle and on any issues that were found when it was in for a service. He would work with me discussing absolutely necessary services that need to be done as compared to low priority or optional Services. He would help me work out Service schedules to spread out the cost by pushing out some low priority or optional services.
I did find that City Toyota is a little bit more expensive than Toyota Service centers that are located in a more rural location, but then in the city, they have to contend with the higher cost-of-living to maintain high quality service people. Despite the slight cost difference, I am currently still willing to drive the distance to take my car to City Toyota.
I prefer to stay with a service department that I can trust.

Excellent customer service. The staff members that I spoke with were courteous and helpful, from check-in to leaving. Hi-5 to service manager Mitchell Wong for providing extra technical service.
I waited in the comfort of the lounge area (where beverage and snack was available) as my vehicle was being serviced. The wait time was less than planned π. Will return to City Toyota for future service.
