Kevin Palacios was very knowledgeable and efficient in his work. His suggestions for the proper services needed, to keep our Camry running in good condition, were appreciated. In addition, Kevin checked out my coupons; and, provided me with much needed transportation home and back again when work, on our car, was completed. When picking up my car, I found that the emergency brake was pushed in so far I couldn't release it. I returned to Kevin and asked for his help which he happily provided. Since the appointment, our Camry is running reliably. Because of Kevin's exceptional and courteous work ethic; and, the wonderful mechanical services provided, we will bring our second Toyota, a Prius, to City Toyota. Sincerely, Valerie Watson
The service I received was amazing. My appointment was easy to schedule through the link that was provided. David was the service person who took care of my car. Very satisfied with the service that was provided along with explanation of what was done. I appreciate he took the time to help me understand. Top notch customer service! I will continue to get my car serviced at the dealership and will recommend this to all my friends.
Came in for a routine 70k maintenance and Xavier was awesome from the jump. Super friendly and welcoming, the kind of person that just makes you feel at ease right away 😊 He kept me in the loop the whole time and clearly knows his stuff.
Only bummer was they didn't have the parts my car needed so I had to come back for another visit. Not gonna lie, that was a little annoying lol. But they hooked me up with a rental car in the meantime which honestly made it way less of a hassle.
The rental guy was really cool too — didn't catch his name but he's got a Gundam mouse at his desk which is pretty neat 😄 Super fast, friendly, and easy to talk to. No stress at all.
Overall City Toyota really came through, the staff here just has good vibes. Def coming back! 🙌

Ive had my 2020 CH-R and 2023 4Runner, serviced at CITY TOYOTA for the last 6 and 3 years respectively. Overall the maintenance has been good. But the workmanship has been subpar. Since im lucky to be a Aviation Technician myself for the last 40 years. I can monitor and check what has been done. Well the cleanliness of the areas worked have been messy. Oil filter housing full of residual oil after installation, my undercarriage pans full of oil and transmission fluid when my CVT was serviced. I’ve been taught clean as you go. I’ve discussed this with management plenty of times but it seems not to be corrected or taken serious. Im thinking of going elsewhere in the future. I like the dealership as they have the tooling, oem parts, and friendly employees. But I wished they had a culture of doing things detailed and not rushed. This is how drain plugs are installed incorrectly, filter housings or other major maintenance scheduled tasks.

I’ve been a loyal Toyota customer for 30 years. I just had to purchase my third Corolla. Unfortunately, the driver side paneling had to be replaced. Xavier from City Toyota in Daly City has been my family’s service advisor for years. He’s so attentive and responsive. He’s just wonderful!!!
