  Buying a car is a complex and daunting process to navigate. At City Toyota, we had the pleasure of working with Chris (General Sales Manager), Neil S. (Salesman) and JC (Finance). The three of them  smoothened the edges of our big purchase. The moment we walked in, Chris greeted us with a big smile. We browsed the cars, shared what we liked and Chris acknowledged what we were looking for. He then introduced us to Neil who kindly guided us to the showroom, sharing important information about the different cars. He emitted a sense of patience in answering all our questions, ensuring we were making an informed decision. In terms of deals, Chris and Neil both worked their magic to meet our rigid requests. Through all the back and forth with banks and loaners, they both remained diligent and attentive to our needs. Chris, we deeply thank you for your unwavering patience and determination in helping us secure a new car. Neil, you reassured us during moments of doubt through both advocacy and transparency. To JC in finance, thank you for the laughs as we completed all the paperwork. You clearly explained the payments and where every cent of our money would be going. All in all, this process took about 4 hours. These three men are part of the reason we keep coming back to City Toyota (seriously, this is our 4th car from them). Cheers!

  I want to recognize Rey from City Toyota for providing exceptional customer service. I brought my vehicle in for its fourth scheduled maintenance service under the warranty, only to find out that my warranty had expired just one month earlier. Rather than simply telling me I would have to pay for the service, Rey took the time to ask if I had purchased my vehicle from City Toyota. When I told him that I had, he went above and beyond by speaking with his manager to see if they could honor the service as a courtesy. Thanks to his initiative and willingness to advocate on my behalf, they approved the service at no charge. Rey was professional, compassionate, and genuinely cared about helping me. Customer service like this is rare, and it made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate his effort and the support from the City Toyota team.
