  I want to thank Gregory Condes for facilitating the seamless purchase of my first truck ever (at 53). My first Toyota for that matter. For 10 mins, Greg and I chatted casually about the truck I was interested it, which was in the showroom. Informed him I’m not immediately in the market, but Greg didn’t rush or make me feel like I’m a waste of his time. Before leaving I asked Greg if he could run some numbers for me and send them via text. Later that day, after a couple of text messages exchanged, I took Lyft to pick my up my first Tacoma TRD Off-road in heritage blue.. By the time I arrived, the truck was being prepped, and all financing paperwork ready for me to just sign. No BS. No hard sell. No haggling. Just transparent negotiations that was respectful and mutually beneficial. Greg can attest I was giddy as a child when I did the mandatory test drive before taking official delivery. Now I understand the Tacoma fandom. It puts the same smile on my face as my Miata does, albeit from a totally different driving experience. Makes my Tesla as boring as watching paint dry. Thank you, Greg, for getting me my mid-life crisis “toy” 🤓; or as you put it: “mid-life joy”.

  Picked up my new 2026 Toyota Camry XSE and couldn’t be happier, not just with the car, but with the whole buying experience. Randy Godoy was awesome from start to finish. No pressure, no runaround, just genuinely friendly and helpful. He knew the car inside and out and made the whole thing feel easy. The transaction was smooth and surprisingly quick which, if you’ve ever bought a car before, you know isn’t always the case. I was in and out without feeling rushed or worn down, and that’s a huge deal. If you’re heading to this dealership, ask for Randy. You won’t regret it. Five stars without hesitation.

  Extremely simple and smooth process. Alex is the best salesman I've worked with both in my years working in the auto industry and as a customer. I originally sent an inquiry about the vehicle I wanted and he quickly got me a deal I was happy with. No games or tedious back and forth, instead straight to the point and professional. Worked the deal remotely and finished when there. Had me in and out with my new car and the exact deal we agreed to beforehand. No bait and switch, no games. It's hard to find a dealership this honest. Aida in finance was also very pleasant, patient, and overall great to work with. She went above and beyond to help me find better financing than what I came in with. Excellent presentation on service contracts and other benefits you can add on. I felt more informed than lectured like in my previous finance office experiences. Thanks to the entire team who worked on my deal. You're all very much appreciated!

  I recently had a great experience buying my car. The salesperson Gregory Condes was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He had a good sense of humor, took the time to understand what I needed, explained all the options clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. He had German Ramos join him to explain the sales /price options.The price was fair, the process was smooth, and I left feeling confident that I made the right choice. It’s refreshing to see genuine customer care in car sales! with a plus in genuine cultural need understanding with their Spanish skills. City Toyota has the best Latinos employed! Thank you.

From the moment I reached out, Sales Manager Chris Paras and sales rep Jordan Tan moved immediately. They FaceTimed me to walk through the car in detail (I’m in Southern California), answered all my questions in real time, and began preparing the paperwork for digital signature right away. No delays, no back-and-forth, no unnecessary hoops. While another dealership insisted on “wet signatures” and dragged the process out, City Toyota made everything simple and efficient. The entire deal—from first contact to closing—was completed in under 2 days. The only delay was waiting on wire confirmation from finance (step it up finance 😄), but even that was handled smoothly.
