    I will give this location 0 stars ! Always broken. Evgo either fix these or remove these permanently! You are turning away customers and destroying your brand. Unbelievable this is the state of dc fast charging in the middle of silicon valley our cradle of tech !

    If this location pops up on your map, do yourself a favor and avoid it unless you want to waste your time. This has happened so many times, and they never bother to fix the issues. They make you wait and put you on hold for NO REASON, but only to tell you it’s not working. And yet, it still shows as AVAILABLE on the app. Like, hello? So many people have already reported that it’s not working. why are you still listing it as available????!!!!! I understand that things happen and machines can go out of order. But why keep people waiting forever, and why NEVER update the app status when you know it's broken and haven't fixed it? Absolutely ridiculous.
