  This dealer is doing everything possible not to release my service records. Even when I offer them to send the car`s registration and my ID, they are asking me to come in person to pick up my records. I will be filing a complaint about this dealer for exploiting the law. The sales manager would never answer the phone either. SUCH A MESS!

  I saw a car online and called for a test drive appointment. Michael was my salesman. I was able test drive the car. I was not pressured, or pushed to purchase the vehicle. I was given an out the door price with no add-ons pushed. I left and crunched the numbers. Went back and made a deal. I really appreciate the patience, and care from this dealership. they really made me fell comfortable, and treated my with respect. such a great experience. Thank you!

  I previously got a volvo from another local dealer and have to say this process was quite a breeze comparatively. Arlene and I talked via text through almost the entire process which saved me so much time as I live about 45min away. My car had not arrived in time when my last lease (not a volvo) was ending and Arlene and Tony arranged to give me a loaner at not cost for a week until it came in. Once it came in I was able to show up within about an hour for test drive and pick up. Dan helped me learn all the features of the car in about 10min and really knows the volvo brand inside and out. Really commend this team on how smooth all of this has gone Tony Dan Arlene

  I have not had a better buy experience EVERRRR! And I have had good ones. Longo Lexus was great, this was easier and better. Tony, Arlene and Victor made it good! The process was straightforward and they did what they said and stuck to the deal and price and I was out of there in about 20 mins. Then the car was mine and Victor answered every question and helped me know how to make the car work for me through its interactive system. 10 STARS ⭐️
