  I was told my vehicle was ready post service. It usually arrives in a few minutes- I waited 25 minutes after telling the staff I’m late- it finally arrived. Two hours later, I get a call from Volvo Culver City asking me when do I plan on bringing in my vehicle for service! I told him I’ll bring it in four hours ago- Then, as I was driving home- finally- I sensed cigarette smell in my car! And I don’t smoke! One would think such an establishment and the Volvo brand was exclusive and sophisticated- service and Time wasted was unacceptable!

  Very pleased with the service! Josh was super helpful from start to finish - very quick to respond and kept me updated the whole time. I also really appreciated them setting me up with a loaner vehicle once it turned out my car needed to stay for a few days. Highly recommend Josh and the team.

  Amazing experience. Huntington was kind, communicative, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and stress-free, was always quick to answer any questions, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience - highly recommend Huntington to anyone looking for a Volvo!

  Had a beautiful experience with David my service advisor. Beautiful in that for whatever reason my 2015 Volvo XC60 bought from a dealership in Pasadena CA has had continuous very expensive mechanical problems. If not for my extended warranty I would be screwed. BUT with that being said, it’s stressful, takes a lot of adjustment with scheduling back and forth due to my job, David was compassionate with an ease of being, and acknowledged that yes indeed that car has been difficult at best. He arranged for a courtesy car for 2 days, he was just a very nice man and I appreciated his kindness in general. Thank you, Sincerely, Judith D.

  Service was completed, but the communication could've been better. I had an appointment and brought the vehicle in timely, but it wasn't diagnosed until the following day. Once it was diagnosed, the parts came in the following day and the vehicle was ready (3-day turnaround). When I went to pick up the car, there was again a dark smudge/spot on the light interior of the A-pillar (this occurred on my previous visit as well). I'm sure the spot wasn't present prior to arrival as I had just gotten the vehicle detailed. Unfortunately, the response I received the first time I flagged this led me to forgo flagging this instance. Instead, I will be finding a new dealership. Overall, they are capable of getting the work done, but the customer service and quality control isn't premium or aligned with the luxury one would expect from Volvo.
