  I can’t say enough great things about Charlie and Huntington. They both went above and beyond to take care of me throughout the entire leasing process for my Volvo EX30. They were knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. What really stood out was how attentive and accommodating they were. I never felt rushed or pressured, and they made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and straightforward. Their level of service was exceptional, and I truly felt like they cared about making sure I was happy with my new car. Charlie and Huntington are exactly the kind of people you hope to work with at a dealership. I would absolutely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again. Five stars all around!

  Worst company in the market I been a client for over 20 year and the last 4 is been the worst the offer a very bad customer service , they will offer everything in order to get you in a Volvo after that everything is down , the service at Santa Monica Volvo is the worst They will not fix the issues they will came out with any excuse when when bring the car for service they will give you a car a gasoline car when you have an electric car , and you need to requested and most probably they said no that they don’t have a loaner now they will sent you an uber , about the car issues they will not resolve anything, they will just reset the car and give you the car back after a day and a few days later the issues came back, I asked for the boss in the service department to called me is been 2 weeks and no respond , so think twice in getting a Volvo from Santa Monica Volvo

  BEWARE. My partner returned his Volvo lease to Culver City even though the vehicle was originally leased from another dealership. All lease payments were made in full, yet additional fees were assessed after the return and Volvo Financial Services continued reporting the account as open, adding negative marks to his credit month after month. The dealership even told us these fees would not matter if he were purchasing another car from them. One credit bureau has already removed the entry after a dispute, while two others still show it based on VFS’s reporting. We have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Extremely frustrating experience, especially after returning the car with thousands of unused miles.

  Horrible car return process & impossible process to review with their financial team (impossible hours, unreturned calls). Despite payments in full for all lease payments, returning the car with thousands of miles unused will not work to resolve disputes.

  Place is so mismanaged. Had our leased car in there for the 4th time since we got it for the same problem. Said it would take 1-2 days. Been a week and no loaner even offered and no one to talk to unless you get thru their AI system and get the receptionist. Even then get forwarded to full vM. Even asked for name Of a manger (Sal) and was put through to his vm- and no return call. This is what you’re dealing with at Volvo Culver City.
