  I want to give a big shoutout to the AutoZone team on Atlantic Ave in Cudahy, especially Sam, Terry, and Sergio. This location can get busy, but Terry does a great job keeping the store organized, professional, and well maintained. He leads the team very well, and it shows in how the store is run. Sam deserves her own shoutout. She has that rare mix of beauty, confidence, and real automotive knowledge. You can tell she knows her stuff, and in a male dominated field, that deserves respect. She was professional, helpful, and definitely made a strong impression. Sergio is honestly overqualified in the best way. He knows his stuff, explains things clearly, and actually takes the time to help instead of making you feel rushed. He’s the kind of employee who makes customers want to come back. Overall, this AutoZone has a solid team. Good people, good customer service, and they all definitely deserve a raise.

  Really great experience at this car parts store. I don’t know much about cars, but the manager Mario was super helpful and walked me through the parts and tools I needed for maintenance. Made everything easy. definitely recommend this store.

  I had an excellent experience at this AutoZone. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the service was efficient and professional. A huge thank you to Mario for going above and beyond to help me get the parts I needed. It’s rare to find such a helpful and knowledgeable team—I’ll definitely be coming back for all my car needs!
