- STSummer Tamburelli5 days ago1.0Horrible customer service at snyders. The website and on the door says they are open until 5pm. My son got a blow out at 4pm. We change his tire to a spare and went right to snyders. We were there at 4:15 pm. There was a guy sitting in the office the door was locked. He would not answer the door. When I was walking back to my car the man came out of the office. I asked him if they are not open until 5pm. He completely ignored me and walked to the back of the building. Because of their back customer service I now have to drive down the hill with a bald spare to find a tire that's save to use. Even if Snyders is the only and most convenient place on the mountain they have definitely lost my service.
