  Easy scheduling and excellent and friendly staff. They provided me with all the information I needed. Lobby was clean and they provided water and coffee.

  Customer service is top notch from the moment I walked in they were amazing. The manager went out of his way with helping get my insurance stuff in order very knowledgeable at his job. And competent I hope I don’t have to pay for a windshield again but if I do I will definitely be a returning customer

  I waited 4 1/2 hours to get my car repaired. I paid for the repairs the manager gave me my key I got in my car. I drove down the street immediately noticed my rear view mirror was damaged. It was cracked on the top and it was all scratched up. I pulled over. I looked at the windshield to see what other damage might be done around it and I noticed it was a big opening between the windshield and the plastic cowl. It was not glued properly. What's going to happen when it rains? I turned around drove back to the store, shared this with the manager and he seems surprised. I don't understand why a manager would not check the car before it leaves the premises after the job is done. He should have shared with me that there was an issue and that he was going to take care of it before I paid for the job that was not done correctly. This is dishonesty. makes me wonder if there's any other damage that I'm not seeing at this time that was done to my car during this process. He shared with me that he was going to order me a new rear view mirror and fix the issue. But how much time is that going to take.I don't recommend you bring your car to Safelite. In addition, they did not put the car wiring back, they left it hangin out. While I was told that a new rearview mirror would be ordered and the issues corrected, I have received no clear timeline. After spending over four hours there and leaving with additional damage to my vehicle, I cannot recommend Safelite based on my experience.
