- YRyamile riosSep 23, 20265.0I have a monthly membership that I very much enjoy. I just stop by after work and the process is quick and easy. Thank you to Jared and Adrian for being very helpful and friendly. They have wipes for the inside of the car as well as microfibers, vacuum's, and an air blower gun.
- FGFernanda GarciaSep 22, 20265.0Jarrett is amazing and was very helpful when resolving my problem. I went to wash my car today and was charged even though I had a membership. After informing him on the issue, he immediately went to work to find a solution. Even though he wasn't able to help me at that time, he gave me the customer service number and a copy of the receipt to further assist me with the issue. After chatting with the customer service agent, he was unable to help me and advised I go back to the location. As I made my way back, I let Jarrett know what happened and he was able to trouble shoot the problem with another customer service rep. Honestly as messy as this sounded, I was still grateful that Jarrett was there helping me until the end. Thank you again and I'll definitely be coming back.
