  Covina Carwash was bought out by Quick Quack about 6 months ago. Covina Carwash gave 0 communication about this until after they closed doors for business. I attempted to contact them (email & phone) to cancel my membership because, again, there was no communication that they were closing and I wanted to ensure I wouldn’t be billed in the future. 6 months later I see a charge on my credit card statement from Quick Quack. Zero notification from Quick Quack that they were resuming billing from the subscriptions they bought out. Proper business practice would encourage the management of Quick Quack to notify former Covina Express Carwash customers that 1) they are open and 2) they will be billed. I’m sure that they didn’t inherit just my credit card number, but also my phone number and email. Notice would have been nice.

  Great wash, towels provided. The staff are all super helpful, they even give you a little rubber duckie for your washing experience. Huge shout out to Doug, I accidentally locked my keys in my car while vacuuming & he called AAA for me as all my stuff was locked in my car. Thanks Doug you saved my day :)

  The staff at this location are extremely friendly. They were very helpful! The car wash is probably the longest that I have ever ever experienced of a Quick Quack location! My Tesla actually came out very clean. Staff members Aidan, Bianca, Angelina, Robert were excellent! They definitely go above and beyond and were probably the nicest employees that I have met to date with Quick Quack.

  Pretty disappointing experience overall. I paid around $30 for the ceramic wash, and my car barely came out clean. I ended up having to use their free damp towels to actually remove most of the dirt myself, so it honestly felt like I paid $30 just for them to wet the car while I did the scrubbing. I was also told they don’t use scrub rollers after asking because I’m cautious about my paint and driving an EV, but they very clearly do have them in the wash. That part felt misleading, especially since other reviewers mentioned being able to request them turned off. The only reason I’m giving more than 1 star is because the vacuums actually had decent suction.
