The shop has great reviews and primarily deals with Mercedes so I expect quality. Jeff gave all these assurances that the car was tip top, offered me service records, the whole act and really wouldn't negotiate the price of the car because of its quality. Just shy of 1 month of driving this car and it has issues. The convertible hardtop no longer works and the check engine light on, in addition to other smaller issues that were hidden at the time of purchase. I haven't even driven 1k miles... Oh, and the service records he gave me? They were for another car... Nice one Jeff. I've tried to get him on the phone but mysteriously he's never there. I should have been suspicious when he was so adamant about me giving him favorable Ebay feedback immediately. If this car is an indicator of the work of this shop, I'd stay away.
