- MMMichael Marshall2 days ago5.0Man, went to jiffy lube for a check engine light. The gentleman helping me noticed the problem right away (- worn out gas cap) he instructed me how to fix it in the most saving money way possible. Took care of that right away. I was in and out of there right away. Great service! The Manager David is an expert in his profession and made sure I received the best service possible. Definitely worth it and definitely going back. Thank you.
- BWBrandon Waldon2 days ago1.0I’m honestly sickened by my experience with this jiffy lube. First off damn is jiffy lube expensive! Then on top of that the employee came outside to check me in. And I gave him the keys he asked if I wanted any add ons like air filter and so on I declined. While I was waiting I noticed the employee wiping down my windows with a cloth and got them all dirty and riddled with streaks and then once it came time to pay everything I declined was added to my bill to the point the other employee had to give me a discount for the negligence. I’m glad the service is quick but I keep having issues with these oil change places. I’m just gonna go back to doing my own oil. Terrible customer service they weren’t even busy nobody was there, there was no confusion or misunderstanding the employee understood that I declined the extra services this was just pure negligence.

The worker suggested I may want to return later. I asked how long the wait time would be and they said 30 minutes, which is a normal wait time in my experience Strangely there were no other customers and I was the only one in the waiting room. There were two people working that I had counted and no other cars in the other bays. My car was serviced in 30 minutes or slightly less time. No complaints about the visit besides getting the impression the worker would rather I return on a later day. However both workers were pleasant, professional, and polite.
