    Terrible service even having an appointment I have been waiting 40 minutes still no car but they were quick to take my credit card. They helped individuals after me. Ridiculous stay away rent from Hertz

    Got a rental after dropping off my car to a body shop. They picked me up and brought me to the branch to get my rental, and I was able to leave my rental at the body shop for less stress.

    I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location. From the moment my dad and I walked in, the three employees we dealt with an Asian man, a tall Caucasian man, and a bald man were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and made us feel completely uncomfortable They were openly making inappropriate comments about a female coworker right in front of us, which was honestly shocking and disrespectful. It created such an awkward and uncomfortable environment. On top of that, they completely wasted my time. I needed to print an important document, and they told me to go to another location because their printer “was going to out of ink this whole week.” When I got there, I was told their system had actually been down and that the first location already knew that. They purposely sent me there knowing that. Will be contacting HR.
