This is, without question, the worst Enterprise location I have ever dealt with.
I’ve rented from Enterprise for over 20 years and have consistently purchased their insurance coverage. Recently, I needed a rental through my insurance after my catalytic converter was stolen. Before pickup, I specifically asked about insurance costs and requested a smaller vehicle to keep the cost down. I confirmed the insurance again with Jonathan at pickup, and he repeatedly assured me it was included. It wasn’t.
Two weeks later, when the vehicle was involved in an incident, I contacted Enterprise to exchange it. I was also shocked to discover the reservation had been created under someone else’s name. When I arrived at the branch, I was told my rental had no Enterprise insurance coverage.
Instead of investigating or attempting to resolve the situation, Assistant Manager Daniel’s response was unacceptable. He threatened to call the police because I was upset, said he was “tired” and wasn’t going to “deal with me,” refused to provide another vehicle, and ultimately told me to leave. I was then promised a call the following day. No one ever called.
As someone who has worked in luxury hospitality for over 20 years, I was appalled by the complete lack of accountability and customer service.
Unfortunately, this was not an isolated issue. In May, Enterprise charged me for a parking ticket and a $25 administrative fee even though I had already paid the ticket and notified them. I was assured it would be corrected, but after being given another number to call and waiting 40 minutes without anyone answering, I still have not been reimbursed.
Earlier this year, I also redeemed Delta points for an Audi Q5 and, after waiting over an hour, was given a Tesla instead. Those vehicles are not interchangeable simply because they’re both considered “premium.”
This location has repeatedly demonstrated poor communication, long waits, reservation errors, billing issues, and a complete lack of accountability.
If you rent here, read every line of your rental agreement before leaving the lot and verify everything yourself.
I will not be returning to this location. Hertz, Thrifty, Midway, and Sixt are worth considering instead.
