  Worst experience ever. I requested to be picked up, but no one ever showed up. I had to call multiple times, and each time I was only told to keep waiting. No one could give me an explanation or tell me why there was such a delay. I’m extremely annoyed and frustrated because I was planning to rent an SUV for a beach trip tomorrow, and this completely wasted my time. Please be more considerate of your customers’ time and communicate when there are delays instead of leaving people waiting with no information.

  They do a best job at directing you elsewhere, almost as if they dont wanna do the job they applied for. You ask questions and they try to hang up fast. Very unprofessional. Always saying they dont have certain vehicles no matter when u book them

  I've been renting at this location for years. Even when they were located across the street. I just rented this past week and did an after hours drop off. Jonathan was very polite and helpful. I live closer to the location on Azusa Ave but, prefer this location better...Great customer service!!

  I feel bad for the staff here, they are the only saving grace to this situation. Im not sure who in upper management subjected their workers and their customers to having ONE attendant to process a building full of customers who all have appointments at the same time, but it is unacceptable. I would not use this service if you are in a rush and I DEFINITELY would not work here if I wanted to feel valued as an employee.

  Tell me why my family is waiting an hour and a half for these incompetent people to assist us? To add to the madness here, my toddler had to use the restroom and it took us twenty minutes to find someone to help is with that!! Another thing was the fact that they are shady. The contract calls for $100 to be charged and when I got home, they charged us $175. Come on now. Is this a business issue or a staff issue?! So Enterprise…..it’s a Saturday and everyone needs a car on the weekend….. maybe you need to hire more competent people on this shift. And try to hire people who aren’t condescending, rude , shady and standing around like deer in headlights. I mean they are getting paid to be there and HELP customers! And what about “Enterprise will come pick you up?” Did this company go so downhill that they can’t live up to their motto? I can’t with this place. What a waste of two hours of my time.
