Very disappointing and Unprofessional Service. ⚠️ Customers, please be careful! If you receive a car with HALF A TANK, don't received it!!. Based on my experience, they still charge you for a FULL TANK and deduct the amount from your deposit. I contacted Enterprise multiple times and spoke with Mr. Samuel and Mr. Daniel regarding this issue. They asked me to send proof by email showing that the car was given to me with half a tank. I sent the requested proof, but received no response or resolution. And to this day, they are still charging me for something that is not my responsibility. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Great experience here, on the day of receiving my vehicle I was helped by Kyle. He made the initial vehicle check out process very smooth and efficient. Giovanni helped me when returning the vehicle, as well it was a very quick process. The team here is very professional and made this whole process such a breeze. Between them explaining certain add ons and making sure to not waste too much of your time with vehicle pick up/ drop off I will definitely becoming here for any future trips.

We had the pleasure of having Ted help us through our rental experience from beginning to end. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and quite a fun person to talk with! He walked us through the process of getting our rental car quickly & efficiently. I had called to change my time of pick-up/drop-off, and that was done without any hassle. We had some confusion regarding damage on the windshield, and he was very patient and calm during our conversation. He made sure everything was taken care of. We will definitely be using Enterprise for our rental needs again!

Rented a car here for Labor Day weekend and was pretty disappointed with the experience. The price was quite expensive considering we received a very basic SUV. The car also made a strange noise while driving, which made us uncomfortable. On top of that, there was a really unpleasant odor inside the vehicle that smelled like farm manure and made the ride very uncomfortable. For the price we paid, I definitely expected a cleaner, better-maintained vehicle. Unfortunately, I would not rent from this location again based on this experience.
