  A few months ago, I was involved in a car accident that wasn’t my fault. It was my first time ever dealing with something like this, so I had no idea what to expect. I was referred to Carl’s Auto Body, and from the moment I walked in, they made the entire process feel so much less overwhelming. We ran into a few insurance issues that took some time to sort out before my car could be repaired, but they were incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and reassured me that everything would be taken care of which it was. Once everything was approved, the repair process was seamless. Their customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you’re looking for an honest, reliable, family-owned auto body shop, I can’t recommend Carl’s Auto Body enough. After this experience, I won’t take my car anywhere else!

  I can't say enough good things about this family-owned auto body shop. Helen and Bruce consistently do excellent work, are incredibly responsive, and always take the time to answer my questions. It's rare to find a business that combines high-quality workmanship with such great customer service, but Helen and Bruce do both exceptionally well. They always treat me with respect and make the entire process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and skilled auto body work.

  Don't even bother checking other body shops. Bruce and Helen were such a pleasure to work with, super sweet and professional, they know their stuff! And, the work the team did was incredible. Thanks again Bruce and Helen, you're the BEST!

  I would highly recommend Carl’s Body Shop. This was my first car accident and they made the whole process so easy for me. Helen worked directly with the insurance company and the rental car company and made things so easy for me. Bruce and his team did a great job in getting my car back to me in excellent condition and very timely. Thank you!!!

  Helen let us bring the vehicle in right away to take a look at damage; even though they were closing (on a FRIDAY) in a few minutes. Efficient, friendly, fair.
