  Carwash service it's really bad ( not the employees) and price,y it doesn't wash great doesn't even dry good it leaves water spots

  The carwash ripped the fender trim off my car and they wouldn't do anything about it - not even refund me for the car wash. Update: Despite the merchants response here I have heard nothing from this business. I filed a claim with them and they denied it becuase they "dont cover lose or removable parts" this part was not loose, and it is obviously not removable, they just don't want to take responsibility. The response to this post is a farce.

  I have been coming here for years with very little problems in terms of good customer service. The young boy who attempted to direct my car into the garage became impatient and got hot headed with me. Instead of continuing forward I motioned to the office that I was going to request a refund and not have my car washed. I’ve never had a young kid hired in a position like this talk to adult customers in this manner. Sadly, even the other young man and the one in the office said nothing to me of inquiring or apologizing for the experience. I will not be coming to this car wash again nor will I refer it to my community. A lack of respect on all fronts.

  Online stated that there were floor mat washers but was not true - this was the only reason I chose this car wash. My car needed a wash after a long drive and a lot of dead insects on the grill and the windshield but the attendant did not pre-scrub. Super disappointing since I had to do that myself with my own hand towels while I was vacuuming the car. Okay price and a decent amount of vacuums at least!
