  We love this location and keep going back for our oil changes. The valvoline team is efficient, knowledgeable, and quick! Thank you Anthony, Miguel, and Kraemer are the best and are so kind and helpful. They even gave little coloring books to my kids while we waited!

  Very convenient. Right by my bank and great restaurants. Excellent for a quick lunch break oil change. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I like that they didn't really pressure me into buying things but just informed me on things that they would recommend.

  I had a great experience at Valvoline. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient from the moment I pulled in. They explained everything clearly, never pressured me into extra services, and got me in and out quickly. It’s hard to find a place that provides both excellent customer service and quality work, but this team delivered on both. My vehicle was serviced promptly, and they even took the time to answer my questions and make recommendations without being pushy. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for honest service, knowledgeable technicians, and a fast oil change experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Thanks again to the entire team! 🚗👍

  I have been getting my oil changed at various Valvoline locations for years! I refuse to go anywhere else. The technicians are always polite and respectful. They explain everything clearly, don’t sugarcoat it, but also don’t embellish anything. They don’t make you feel pressured to buy a new air filter if you don’t want to. They don’t pressure you into doing other services, although they will tell you honestly if you should get it done, but they are not concerned that you must do it through them. I am always pleased with the level of service that they offer. This Costa Mesa location has excellent service with very kind managers and employees! They went above and beyond to help me with my battery, checked the fluids, lights, and oil just to ensure my car was good! They even waived the service fee for checking my battery. Overall very pleased with my experience and would return 100%!
