  I always prefer Valvoline, especially as a woman, because I can stay in my car and get an oil change without spending hours sitting in a waiting room. But this Costa Mesa location on Harbor is by far my favorite! Every time I come in, the team is genuinely friendly, upbeat, and happy to be there. Abraham, Brian, Tony, and Alfredo deserve a special shoutout! You can hear how well they communicate with each other, which is especially important in a place where safety matters. They work together, have fun, and genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. That kind of team culture is a reflection of good leadership, and it makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable. I’ve been to other Valvoline locations, dealerships, and places like Pep Boys, and the experience just isn’t the same. Thank you, Abraham, Brian, Tony, and Alfredo, for always making my visits so easy and pleasant. This team is truly a standout!

  Anthony and Mimi were excellent, best experience I’ve had at a valvoline tbh, they didn’t try to do too much, upsold perfectly, and weren’t pushy at all. Just smooth sailing through and through!

  Roger at the Costa Mesa Location on Harbor Blvd was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. I appreciated him taking the time to review what was needed for my vehicle. Ismel (Mgr) and his staff all worked well together, like a “well oiled machine.” We’ll definitely return for future service. Thank you!
