Stopped in here while running Saturday morning errands and got great service from the team (Fernando, Patrick, and Lewis), which is pretty much my experience at any Valvoline. Was in and out in about 15min, plus they check tire pressure and lights. They will recommend other services, but it’s not like they are trying to hard-sell you on anything, just actually trying to be helpful. Based on my mileage, my car was recommended to have tires rotated, but they looked and said it actually can hold off for another 1-2 oil changes. Convenient on a corner, would recommend

I get nervous every time I have to check my lights and blinkers for some reason but it makes it a funny experience too. I moved and pass 3 other valvolines on my way back to Costa Mesa, but I'll stay loyal to this location even though I'm no longer a true local. Shoutout to Isaac for being extra kind today!

Got my oil changed two times previously before and always able to get a sticker with a 5000 mile mileage indicator as I get full synthetic oil changes, this time they’re trying to indicate some California law and some Valvoline policy where they cannot print 5000 mileage stickers only 3000 etc. etc. Trying to push false information down people’s throats on full synthetic oil changes.
