  I believe this establishment deserves more than 5stars. Ivan and Martin where mostly whom I dealt with. Due to their honesty and performance I felt I was in good hands. I went in, had some extensive work done. There was a glitch in my vehicle so I took it back. Ivan and Martin didn't hesitate to make sure everything on the work order was done correctly. They found the glitch, re-repared it and now my vehicle runs better than before. Thanks guys and God Bless you.

  Jiffy Lube has repeatedly bombarded me with requests to leave a review, so I am finally going to do exactly that. I know this is long, but please bear with me. A lot happened, and it would genuinely break my heart for anyone else to have the experience I had at this location. To begin with, I believe the conduct I experienced raises serious concerns regarding California law, including the Unruh Civil Rights Act, commercial fraud, and applicable state laws concerning forgery and fraudulent documentation. Regarding the Unruh Civil Rights Act, I believe I was subjected to discriminatory treatment by an employee. When I confronted him about his behavior, he laughed in my face. Being treated that way as a customer is unacceptable under any circumstances. I also paid for an oil change and the customary checks and top-offs, including tire inflation. After questioning the employee, he filled my tires, which were actually reading approximately 24 PSI, yet my receipt stated 35 PSI. In my opinion, that discrepancy raises legitimate questions about the accuracy and integrity of the service documentation. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. The most serious issue involved the oil change itself. The wrong oil filter was installed on my vehicle, which subsequently leaked oil and caused damage to my engine that could potentially cost thousands of dollars to repair. When I brought this to the location's attention, Kenneth told me, “That isn't possible. We don't even have that filter.” Rather than investigating, acknowledging that something had gone wrong, or simply apologizing, I was told that the damage was essentially impossible. If they truly did not have that filter, then I have one simple question: how did the wrong filter end up on my vehicle immediately following service at this location? I also want to address the individuals involved because the manager, Ivan H., assured me that the employees involved would be fired because of the discriminatory conduct and the issues surrounding my service. If they are still working there, I sincerely apologize in advance for what future customers may experience. Kenneth — The employee who told me the damage to my vehicle was “impossible” because they supposedly did not have the filter involved. When a customer's vehicle is damaged following service, dismissing the issue without properly investigating it is unacceptable. Ivan H. — Manager — Ivan assured me the employees involved would be fired. He also told me he was new to the store and had been moved there because of the previous incompetence and to make the store “better.” After doing my own due diligence, I found information that appeared to contradict his statement about his tenure there, which further damaged my confidence in what I was being told. Christopher N. — Lower-bay technician — Christopher performed the work on my vehicle and installed the oil filter that is central to the damage that subsequently occurred. According to what I was told, Ivan had already warned Christopher that they could not afford another mistake before he even began working on my vehicle. Michael G. — The employee whom I believe discriminated against me and then laughed directly in my face when I confronted him about his treatment. I want to be clear, I am not writing this review simply because I had an unpleasant interaction. There were multiple, separate issues the discriminatory treatment, the discrepancy between what was actually done and what was documented on my receipt, the oil filter issue, the resulting damage to my vehicle, the responses I received when I raised these concerns, and the representations made to me by management. I sincerely hope Ivan did not lie to me and that he took the necessary steps to make sure this never happens again. There are plenty of amazing, hardworking people out there looking for jobs. Hire them.
