- SPSamantha De La PazJun 2, 20162.0Salespeople are nice but I've received the worst condition of cars from this location in my experience of renting cars. I had to request a new car 2 times and I would have again on the one I kept had I had the time to go through switching again. The first one smelled like a smoker lived in it. I would cough when I got in. I told the salesperson it smelled like smoke when I got it and he gave me a really? look so I tried it for one week. The second one was so basic that the phone adapters didn't even work and no bluetooth. The third one was better than the first, had more features than the second, but still a smokey smell. They didn't seem to have anything better to choose from which is strange bc I went to SF rented a car and got a brand new altima fresh smell and cleaner than my own car. I was paying for a full size car but they kept giving me a compact car. I'm not sure if it's the customer service or the Owner for not having nicer cars but I was not satisfied w my quality of car.
