Branch Manager, Michael, and his team are exceptional. They are attentive to each customer, pay attention to detail, do their best to meet needs of each customer, and do this with patience and care. We were given a free upgrade because of the cars available at the time. We also left some personal items in the car when we dropped it off and called the office and they had the items for us to pick up. Would highly recommend!

I was in need of a pick-up truck and I made several reservations at several locations that said they had trucks but didn’t have them when I got there (had to hire Ubers every time) and just said “sorry about that” . I was quickly running out of time to make it where I needed to be and was in a panic. Then I tried this location. A gentleman named Michael Johnson calmly told me that although his location didn’t have one, he would get me one and asked for a half hour ….30 minutes later, he had one! Nothing short of a miracle ! This man is calm, helpful, super nice, has a can-do attitude and he saved the day for me! I could not be more grateful and wish Enterprise had many more similar employees.
