  I was in need of a pick-up truck and I made several reservations at several locations that said they had trucks but didn’t have them when I got there (had to hire Ubers every time) and just said “sorry about that” . I was quickly running out of time to make it where I needed to be and was in a panic. Then I tried this location. A gentleman named Michael Johnson calmly told me that although his location didn’t have one, he would get me one and asked for a half hour ….30 minutes later, he had one! Nothing short of a miracle ! This man is calm, helpful, super nice, has a can-do attitude and he saved the day for me! I could not be more grateful and wish Enterprise had many more similar employees.

  Michael Johnson from the Costs Mesa/Adams branch was awesome. You can tell an excellent customer service manager when they are resourceful when things go wrong. The location did not have a pickup truck available when I arrived. Michael didn’t try to rent me another vehicle. He politely told me the truth and asked me to give him a few minutes to find a truck for me. He found a truck near by and got me on my way. He even gave me a discount on my rate without me asking. Best experience at a car rental office ever.

  This location has the BEST customer service. They are helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly to every customer who comes in. As I was waiting in line I witnessed the same kindness to every single customer. Great selection of vehicles and they go the extra mile.
