I’m disappointed with the service I received at this Enterprise location. I had a reservation for 12:30 PM, and when I arrived, I was told I would need to wait about 10 minutes because the car was being washed. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked for an update and was simply told they didn’t know how much longer it would take. There was no apology or explanation, and the employee immediately moved on to assist other customers. What was particularly frustrating was seeing two customers who arrived after me receive their vehicles before I did. In the end, I didn’t receive my car until about an hour after my scheduled reservation time. I was using my Enterprise points for this rental, and while I don’t want to assume that had anything to do with the way I was treated, the experience unfortunately left me feeling like I was a lower-priority customer. I’ve used Enterprise expecting reliable and courteous service, so this experience was very disappointing. Better communication and simply acknowledging the inconvenience would have made a big difference.

As a frequent and loyal member: This is the only location I’ve had any issues. The workers are unprofessional and have little to mo respect

I asked for the least expensive car possible. My repair shop had already confirmed the highest price would be $38. He said, yes, we can do that. Yet I was told when offered the car it would be $48. Feels like he didn't mean it when he said the least expensive car possible would be the one I was given. Also, they turned away people when I was waiting to get the car because they were out of cars. I only needed the car for 6 hours Friday and again for 6 hours Monday. Because I had important business meetings during those times, I was told they might not have cars Monday morning. So I was forced to keep the car over the weekend and it sat in the garage and I didn't drive it once. Not like the days when I used Enterprise often for my work and I always felt they had my back. This was definitely not that.

They always get me in and out very fast at this office. It's conveniently next to a Valero gas station making it easy to fill up before returning the car.
