  EVgo has stopped maintaining these chargers. One of four stations is consistently out of service. We've called in to report the service issues twice in the last week and feel like nobody comes out to resolve the problem. EVgo also needs to penalize users here for not returning to their cars when fully charged. Very frustrating! UPDATE: EVgo - your recommendation that I locate another nearby station is not at all helpful. The next closest station is off-island. If I have to go off-island then I won't be using an EVgo charger since there are other options.

  NEVER renting an EV again. We drove all over San Diego looking for a place to charge. Every locations either didn’t actually exist, was full with people napping in their cars, or didn’t have the right connection for the stupid Ford we rented. Took a chance on this one at Vons because a previous reviewer posted a photo. There’s four towers with multiple connections. This saved our vacation, and there’s a fantastic bistro around the corner while you wait.
