  I am very impressed with how smoothly the windshield replacement process was. There were no hiccups from the initial call to scheduling, and even through the replacement. My installer called when he was heading over, which is something I always request from vendors but usually doesn’t happen. He was very courteous and efficient. It was a great experience!

  I scheduled an appointment and no technician showed up. I took PTO for this appointment. I received no phone calls, text messages, or emails in regards to any necessary cancellations or rescheduling. On that day of the no show I called the shop and any numbers I can find online to speak with someone about the situation and if any technician was coming and there ETA, and nothing and no one was answering or available to better the situation. I went back online to reschedule services for my vehicle windshield and took another day of PTO. The next day, I called the shop and couldn't speak to anyone. I was able to connect with a corporate customer service representative and the customer service rep connected me with the shop. I confirmed my appointment and technician servicing my vehicle. During the phone call I could not speak to the shop manager as the manager was on vacation until the following Monday and the manager would call me then, when they returned to speak about the technician not showing up. Its been six (6) days since that phone conversation and the manager has not called, emailed or text. I do not recommend this shop (Safelite Auto glass on "6 Latitude Way, Corona, California, 92881") and 100% would be cautious and confirm appointment and technician day before and day off your appointment. The technician who showed up for the second appointment was great, and a true professional.

  The technician that came to replace the windshield was amazing! He was great! The 3 stars is for the fact that it is impossible to reach a human on the phone at Safelite. It either disconnects you or makes you go online. It was really frustrating.

  Great Customer Service from beginning to end. Our service technician was extremely thorough and detailed rescheduling. Our service was quick and easy. Our windshield looks perfect no more pits/cracks and we even got our wiper plates replaced. Super reasonable price prices with Safelite. Totally recommend Safelite for windshield repairs.

  Salvador, the mobile technician, did an excellent job. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and clearly explained everything. He was able to calibrate my windshield on-site, which saved me the hassle of having to visit the shop. The service was fast, convenient, and professional—especially during a difficult time. I truly appreciated his communication, efficiency, and attention to detail. Highly recommend Salvador and Safelite!
