  Garbage company that wants to charge you for services that are not needed. Canceled appointment after I told them my vehicle does not need a camera recalibration.

  The corona location I worked with were extremely professional. I had them come to my work to do the install. There was hesitation at first, due to my car and difficulties in the past and was asked if I could bring it to the facility. Due to my schedule, I couldn’t, but that didn’t stop them from at least trying. First appointment, wrong windshield was ordered(my fault). Second appointment was for the following business day and was completed in the time given. Will definitely use Safelite in the future, when needed.

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION - PERIOD! JOB DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. WORTH THE DRIVE FROM OC, LA, RIVERSIDE OR SAN BERNARDINO COUNTIES. Hats off to Angel - the manager; and Sherry & Bethel. Service, patience and great listeners. Bethel is the store's installation supervisor. FYI, he doesn't just stand around and bark orders. Rather, he engaged me at the beginning and end of installation. He also was one the installers from beginning to end. The process was quick - 1 hour. The job quality blew me away. This windshiled and installation actually looks and performs better than my OEM windshield from Toyota: No creeks, squeals, leaks, etc. And you would never know my 4R had a replacement windshield. Even the finish work, the guys performed, is immaculate. Bottom line: you see the positive reviews this Safelite location has they're real. I had 3 customers come in, after me, and all were ver satisfied like me. This store runs like a well oiled BMW, Mercedes, Cadillac or Lincoln dealership. I'm glad I made an in-store appointment vs mobile. In the past, I've had 3 other vehicles all with damaged, mobile windshield replacement by Safelite - that failed. Poor workmanship. I'm glad I chose this location, and I'm on the phone, later today, with USAA to let them know about my positive experience at this location!! And Sherry was great - she and another customer found my gas key that fell off keyring! Great job everyone!! And Safelite Corp... you need to get down here to see what this location does right and why they consistently have the highest or one of the highest, Safelite review ratings in SoCal and the U.S. - and listen to this store's team suggestions how you (Safelite Corp.) can improve how YOU operate and improve customer satisfaction. 10 STARS to the Corona, CA Safelite store.
